Fibre install has caused irreparable damage to our Grade II listed building. Despite residents coming out and telling the workman that he had to stop and was unable to continue due to not having permission, he became abusive and rude, and continued with the installation anyway.
It will be escalated to legal where the damage will be claimed for. Disgusting company with no respect for anyone or anything. This is not the first time we have had this problem, either.
A man came onto my premises on my driveway looking around for something. No he hadn’t asked for permission to be on my property and didn’t seem to be bothered. I captured him on my video camera. Unprofessional
If I could give 0 I would. A guy came to my house yesterday unannounced and we did not answer so a card was left through the door. Then today he came back again and because we didn’t answer straightaway he walked into my car port and helped himself to the meters. Once we got to the door he said “I went and did it myself” at the time we were so surprised and intimidated that we didn’t confront him! I checked with my gas & electricity provider and they hadn’t sent them as they get smart meters. I am beyond fuming!
Sean Higgins came to my property (with a black mark on his forehead so I assume he's been smacked one by doing the same tactic) and when I asked for his ID in my hallway, he refused to leave. I asked him to delete my meter reading as well, and he refused to do it.
Therefore, I physically removed him (pushed him out the door) from my property. He then started accusing me of "grabbing" him and "assaulting" him and "spitting" at him, which was absolutely nonsense.
His ID is 535959 - do not let him enter your property. He's abusive.
This cannot be a legal company for what they are doing. Knock on my door ( no appointment booked)to read my meters apparently for OVO , I’m not with OVO . I’m disabled and was still in bed 8am, had to struggle to the door for this nonsense .He said he was told to go in through back gate to take meter readings, I have a NO trespassing sign which obviously made no difference. Had meter checks done 4 weeks ago so now I’m taking legal steps as I’m not standing for this hassle.
Absolutely fuming that one of your employees parked and blocked our drive for over an hour on 17/07/24 FL71 B*W. Next time it will be removed, also plenty of cctv images to prove this if you supply an email address.
Zahid came out to get our smart meter operational as it was installed in November and had never worked as a smart meter. He persisted to troubleshoot and managed to get it up and running. He was very efficient, curtious and explained the display unit clearly.
The engineer attended my residence to install a smart meter on the property. He carried out the installation and tidied up the wiring as he did so. Once the smart meter was up and running he explained how it worked. Throughout he conducted himself in a highly friendly and professional manner.
Two meter readers I've dealt with, both acted in a grandiose manner, as if they were my saviour, and they'd fix my 'meter mix up issue' simply by stating the obvious. In reality they are not trained electricians I asked the meter reader today, they cannot run a check meter test or isolate meters, only engineers can. They can only do a burns test, which they avoid unless you push them. I would record on video any meter reading etc they do as the first guy I saw in December lied saying he'd done a burns test as proof when he hadn't.
