Morrison Data Services has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Fibre install has caused irreparable damage to our Grade II listed building. Despite residents coming out and telling the workman that he had to stop and was unable to continue due to not having permission, he became abusive and rude, and continued with the installation anyway.
It will be escalated to legal where the damage will be claimed for. Disgusting company with no respect for anyone or anything. This is not the first time we have had this problem, either.
A man came onto my premises on my driveway looking around for something. No he hadn’t asked for permission to be on my property and didn’t seem to be bothered. I captured him on my video camera. Unprofessional
If I could give 0 I would. A guy came to my house yesterday unannounced and we did not answer so a card was left through the door. Then today he came back again and because we didn’t answer straightaway he walked into my car port and helped himself to the meters. Once we got to the door he said “I went and did it myself” at the time we were so surprised and intimidated that we didn’t confront him! I checked with my gas & electricity provider and they hadn’t sent them as they get smart meters. I am beyond fuming!
My front door has a large warning sticker on it, in English. It states that cold callers, political parties, religious groups and energy companies are not permitted to knock on the door or they will be reported to trading standards. I have a family member with PTSD and mental health issues, triggered by unknown callers. Hense the warning. So what does the local MDS numpty do? He knocks on the door and triggers a massive panic attack. He then has the gall to sit out in the car while I try and calm down my daughter. I guess he's never had a panic attack so violent that it mimics the symptoms of a heart attack. I could have rung his neck!
I cannot politely write how I feel about this idiot, so I shall write nothing more.
We have had three sets of people from Morrison Data Services to fit Smart Meters for Gas & Elect. They are working on behalf of SO Energy. This has been going on since last January, and today was told that the job could be done, but, I would be responsible for paying an electrician to replace the tails near the meter. These were altered by Morrisons or Scot Power. It has been a shambles.
Unable to send messages to them via their own chat line. Messages come back undeliverable. No other way to contact them.
Utterly useless.
This is an IT company? Don’t make me laugh!
The person who collected readings talked to me like I'm a serious criminal. Unprofessional and unkind. I'm with OVO who is using their service. Time to change my energy and gas provider.
Basically I would not recommend, this company, while I was with Bristol energy, and on the priority list, Morrisons meter reading department gave wrong readings to Bristol energy, so my bill sky rocketed, so was put on hold, while it was being disputed, and the even though a meter reading person came my husband had to monitor him as he did the same like he did on the other five previous times , and my husband told him that he was not supposed to do it this way , he went away and called his manager, and came back and did it again, but when British gas called me , for some reason , they was given the disputed meter readings and not the correct, ones basically even though you are on the priority list, monitor the meter reading department of this company, no response to me , and it is causing to much Stress and anxiety,I had a meter reading booked for today, between 8-12 o'clock and no one has turned up and it was very urgent so my account is finally sorted out
One of the many UK companies still advertising their association with Russian companies. GAZPROM features prominently on their website ‘companies we do business with’. Time for all UK companies to cut their ties with this totalitarian regime
