Abusive and tresspassing
Sean Higgins came to my property (with a black mark on his forehead so I assume he's been smacked one by doing the same tactic) and when I asked for his ID in my hallway, he refused to leave. I asked him to delete my meter reading as well, and he refused to do it. Therefore, I physically removed him (pushed him out the door) from my property. He then started accusing me of "grabbing" him and "assaulting" him and "spitting" at him, which was absolutely nonsense. His ID is 535959 - do not let him enter your property. He's abusive.
