Fibre install has caused irreparable damage to our Grade II listed building. Despite residents coming out and telling the workman that he had to stop and was unable to continue due to not having permission, he became abusive and rude, and continued with the installation anyway.
It will be escalated to legal where the damage will be claimed for. Disgusting company with no respect for anyone or anything. This is not the first time we have had this problem, either.
A man came onto my premises on my driveway looking around for something. No he hadn’t asked for permission to be on my property and didn’t seem to be bothered. I captured him on my video camera. Unprofessional
If I could give 0 I would. A guy came to my house yesterday unannounced and we did not answer so a card was left through the door. Then today he came back again and because we didn’t answer straightaway he walked into my car port and helped himself to the meters. Once we got to the door he said “I went and did it myself” at the time we were so surprised and intimidated that we didn’t confront him! I checked with my gas & electricity provider and they hadn’t sent them as they get smart meters. I am beyond fuming!
we had a smart meter fitted at our home in Studley by Morrison data services. the technician arrived on time and did a first class job.We would recommend them every time.
Decided to read my smart meters without my consent left my electricity meter door wide open so rain water could get in my electricity refuse to show he there I'd so I sent them away no I'd no meter reading
When visiting my neighbour the driver decided to completely block my driveway despite there being plenty of room on the neighbour's drive plus on street parking. When asked to move he decided he was entitled to park there and intentionally remained blocking my drive refusing to let me get to work. I had to notify police in the end! Unbelievable!!

Unprofessional meter readers

I have just had a visit from a very unprofessional meter reader claiming to act on behalf of OVO Energy - asked them to confirm he was genuine and working for them. Very vague response from OVO - didn't seem to have a clue
This person was spotted by my wife, wandering around the front garden at 8.15am. When asked what he was doing he said the had come to read the meter and complained about not being able to raise the neighbours - not my problem!
He was presented scruffily, did not show any identification and did not explain what he was doing in a clear and appropriate way.
I am extremely unimpressed by this approach
This company pursues its objectives in an aggressive manner. It claims that one has to provide them with data - this is not true. They claim to work on behalf of suppliers which, in fact, they do not.
Dreadful people.
A member of Morrison Data Services came to install a Gas smart meter on behalf of EDF. He was very abrupt to the point of being rude. We were told that the installation would take around an hour, but he was here for two hours. After half an hour told us WE had a problem, he said there was no signal on the network. I asked if he meant our WiFi but he said no there was no signal on his network. So obviously HE had the problem not us.
He eventually got his signal back but about an hour later he told us he had detected a gas leak and it must be in our boiler? We told him it was less than two years old and had been serviced less than six months ago. We quickly phoned the Gas engineer who installed and serviced our boiler, he told the fitter all he had to do was flick the bright yellow switch under the boiler to isolate it which would prove if the leak was coming from the boiler. The fitter very abruptly said no I cannot do that and gave the phone back to us. I guess from experience our Gas engineer told us to phone him back when the fitter had finished. Funnily enough within half an hour the fitter came to us and told us the meter was installed and commissioned. He quickly showed us a in-home display gadget and its brochure then almost ran to the door. As he was half out of the door we asked about the gas leak to which he replied you still need to get that checked. Our Gas engineer came, checked everything but found no leak? he told us he thought it was a messy installation with crooked bits of chipboard and wondered why the fitter had taken out the original meter mounting plate but then left the brackets sticking out. Very poor service indeed.
Scam! They emailed to say that they had been appointed by my energy supplier to obtain up-to-date meter readings for my property, but I called my supplier and they said that this is absolutely not true. Beware!
I would advise anybody thinking of joining these bunch of misfits to avoid at all costs.I used to work for them.If you have a family member high up ie(Manager ect).You will get all the good jobs.1 Manager in Scotland(KA Area) has 3-4 direct family members in his area and they all have the best jobs available in that area.Everyone else shares all the rest.This has gone on for years.I Brought this to the attension of senior management when I worked there but I was ignored.Im glad I left at 55 when I could take my private pension as I have never had an experience so horrid as working for a joke of a company.
