Fibre install has caused irreparable damage to our Grade II listed building. Despite residents coming out and telling the workman that he had to stop and was unable to continue due to not having permission, he became abusive and rude, and continued with the installation anyway.
It will be escalated to legal where the damage will be claimed for. Disgusting company with no respect for anyone or anything. This is not the first time we have had this problem, either.
A man came onto my premises on my driveway looking around for something. No he hadn’t asked for permission to be on my property and didn’t seem to be bothered. I captured him on my video camera. Unprofessional
If I could give 0 I would. A guy came to my house yesterday unannounced and we did not answer so a card was left through the door. Then today he came back again and because we didn’t answer straightaway he walked into my car port and helped himself to the meters. Once we got to the door he said “I went and did it myself” at the time we were so surprised and intimidated that we didn’t confront him! I checked with my gas & electricity provider and they hadn’t sent them as they get smart meters. I am beyond fuming!
Very good service
Zayad was very professional and explained everything carefully to me. The work was carried out efficiently. He came on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do.
Needed new smart meters for EDF. There were two guys, both called Phil. Polite, courteous and really helpful. They were professional, explained what they were doing and tidied up after themselves.
Both an asset to the company. Highly recommend!

Was left a card with a QR code to provide gas & electric readings, after 5 attempts, because of it continually cutting me off and having to restart all over, it only allowed me to provide my electric read…. I have received an email from Morrison asking me to provide the gas read, how ? The process doesn’t allow me to !
Do not let these people into your home
They said they were here to do a meter reading and when they left we were charged £70 by our electricity provider and was even told by our landlord that they shouldn’t have made their way into our home
Unfortunately I was late back home. This was absolutely not a problem for our engineer. He explained what he was doing and about to do for the time he was here. Very polite and very helpful (even retrieving the dog when she made a break for it!).
