Unfortunately I was late back home
Unfortunately I was late back home. This was absolutely not a problem for our engineer. He explained what he was doing and about to do for the time he was here. Very polite and very helpful (even retrieving the dog when she made a break for it!). Good help at the end of the job. Brilliant, thank you.
