Fibre install has caused irreparable…

Fibre install has caused irreparable damage to our Grade II listed building. Despite residents coming out and telling the workman that he had to stop and was unable to continue due to not having permission, he became abusive and rude, and continued with the installation anyway. It will be escalated to legal where the damage will be claimed for. Disgusting company with no respect for anyone or anything. This is not the first time we have had this problem, either.

Excellent engineer Denis Agyeman persevered to put fault right. Was courteous and polite and cleaned up after himself. Super guy.

A man came onto my premises on my driveway looking around for something. No he hadn’t asked for permission to be on my property and didn’t seem to be bothered. I captured him on my video camera. Unprofessional

If I could give 0 I would. A guy came to my house yesterday unannounced and we did not answer so a card was left through the door. Then today he came back again and because we didn’t answer straightaway he walked into my car port and helped himself to the meters. Once we got to the door he said “I went and did it myself” at the time we were so surprised and intimidated that we didn’t confront him! I checked with my gas & electricity provider and they hadn’t sent them as they get smart meters. I am beyond fuming!

Why do they want to access a non-existant meter??

1. I haven't had a gas supply for a couple of years now. 2. I have repeatedly over that time received emails from 'Morrison Data Services' saying that British Gas (the supplier who removed my meter) need a meter reading. 3. I contacted BG about this and they said they knew nothing about this and had no connection with MDS. 4. Now I have had a card pushed through my door requiring me to phone a mobile phone number (07936 788 748) 'to avoid an estimated bill'. Just let them try to bill me!! 5. I have checked the company website and they have no means of contacting them other than an online form (no company phone number, no email address, etc). 6. I regard this behaviour to be HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS and (even though it is tempting to get them to have to clear away all the stuff in front of the meter cupboard, only to discover there is no meter!) they will not be getting through my door and I will not be phoning this suspicious mobile number (which has been reported on various online 'suspicious number' sites).

A young lad called Haider visited my house last week I missed him but left a card with a contact number. I called the number and asked if he can come back to take the readings very polite person he said he will be back in 5 mins as he was working down the road, he came back at the exact time he said he will come he spoke to me in a polite manner and had a smile on his face. God bless

Amazing employee

Amazing employee I have severe mental health issues, a guy called Andy came today to sort my gas out because my support worker messed it up and i was left without gas for 1 week. I met Andy before and he was great, very kind and understood me and how to interact with me. He came again today to get my gas back on. He arrived within 15 minutes of me speaking to a SP via live chat. He was very concerned about my well being and what has happened and immediately reassured me and gave me a lot of support as my mental health up the wall. If only you could realise how much he helped me and how touched i am. You have a very special guy there working for you. A very honest, caring man who instinctly knew how to deal with me on the 2 visits. I have had many people lose their patientence with me in the past because they simply haven't got the patience or the compassion and do not understand mental health issues- on the phone and in person and i'm always worried when someone comes. If only you and Andy knew what he did today, - it's priceless to me. This guy should be training people, he's a natural. Above and beyond doesn't come to close. Felt like positive therapy both times. I should have sent feed back last time. Please show Andy my feedback, he is such a credit to you.

Don’t understand why they need to take…

Don’t understand why they need to take metre readings when I submit them monthly. The gentleman was polite enough but I just don’t understand the reason behind it. A little suspicious, fortunately the metres are in a shed outside, would be very reluctant to let them into my home.
