Dave W provided an excellent service of my water softener. He phoned the day before to let me know the approximate time he was going to arrive and turned up when he said he would on the day of the appointment. The whole unit was cleaned thoroughly and reinstalled in a short period of time. He took the time to explain what he was doing, how the unit worked and also checked the downstream connections that it was plumbed into. Couldn't have asked for more.

The engineer messaged the evening before with a time slot and arrived within the timeframe. Richard was polite, tidy and knowledgable. Thanks so much!

Richard Lawrence phoned the afternoon prior to the visit and was extremely helpful in arranging an early first visit. He arrived on time was polite,knowledgeable and a clean and tidy worker. He located the problem advised on the options and supplied and fitted a new water softener. He fully explained how it worked and how to adjust the settings. He boxed up and tidied away the old water softener. Was very impressed with his knowledge and his customer service. A credit to the company. Thank you.

Dave W was an excellent engineer. He explained everything he was doing and knew everything about water softeners. He was also a very nice guy. He left our water softener in tip top condition. Thank you once again.

Our Monarch water softener stopped working regularly as it had been. The first engineer was useless but Dave W was on time, explained possible reasons and rectified the issue (fingers crossed the solution lasts!). A great guy with attention to detail, honest, knowledgeable and the patience to explain.

Dave quickly solved the problem with my water softener which I had feared needed replacing. He clearly knows these machines inside out. He contacted me the day before to confirm timing and shortly before arriving - very helpful.

Richard gave us a 2 hour window the day before and turned up just before the stated time. He was very knowledgable on the water softener, he showed me how to bypass it should I have any issues again in the future. He fixed the leak and completed a full service showing me what he had done. He also tidied up really well after the job and was very pleasant the entire time. I would definitely recommend Richard and would be more than happy to use him again.

The engineer, Dave W, was so helpful and explained exactly what he was doing. I thought he was very thorough and knew water softeners inside out, as well as being a really nice guy. I was left feeling that my machine had received an excellent service. My initial call to the company to arrange the service visit, by contrast, was not handled in a friendly way. The lady was abrupt and left me with the feeling I was a nuisance! Luckily Dave made up for that poor impression when he visited. Thanks Dave.

Richard is a very pleasant guy who is a great advert for your company. He arrived slightly before the time of his appointment. He explained what he was about to do to examine our softener, and what the results of his findings could be. He then explained our options and the pluses and risks involved. We agreed that a new softener was required. He installed it, and offered to take our old one away, but I said that I would dispose of it. He carried it from our loft to our garage and packaged it neatly into the packaging from the new unit. It was not until he left that I realised how heavy the unit was, but he carried and installed the new one into the loft and removed the old one down from the loft into the garage. Richard did a great job diagnosing the problem with our water softener. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly as well as being very customer focused. He really owned the job and sorted it. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service by Dave. Fitted new water softener explained everything in detail and disposed of the old one Would have given 5stars but had to wait about a month for an appointment.

Richard arrived on time ,fully checked the equipment and offered us test samples of the water, which was really good. He explained the procedure for not over filling with salt . He serviced the unit and left the site clean and tidy. He had a very pleasant attitude and we were impressed with his service and knowledge .
