On both occasions Monarch have been very supportive and on both occasion have rectified the issue effectively with minimal fuss. Overall the unit is excellent and so is the service that I have received from Monarch.

Richard, the engineer who came to do a service on our softener, was on time, courteous and got on with the job immediately. Service was carried out, and some faulty parts were replaced. Was given some advice on the loading of the salt tablets, all helpful and the job was finished left clean and tidy. Excellent service and good customer support
Richard who attended my house today to repair my water softener was very polite and carried out the necessary repair by identifying the issues and advising me of the cost to repair against a new softener. Richard was very thorough and explained why the fault had occurred. Richard was very professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the softener and was extremely helpful. Dave, the Monarch engineer, was punctual and competent. He was very thorough and conscientious and I was most impressed with his work ethic. I was also grateful for his expertise and extensive knowledge. Monarch are fortunate to have someone of his calibre on their team.
Richard came over to replace an item that was leaking at short notice. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing and after replacing the faulty part, he checked everything else was in working order. He was very kind to explain the process while he was working (and answered all my questions), he also gave me some tips to get the best out of the softener. Great service.

Dave W came to service my Monarch water softener. He was very efficient and had a good customer service approach. He replaced some faulty equipment, gave good advice on different salt grades in the market, tested the water hardness and reset the equipment again to get the unit back and and running smoothly.
Richard the Monarch engineer was prompt, courteous and explained everything clearly. He boxed up my old unit and refilled my new unit with salt and even moved the old one so that I could easily access it. I would thoroughly recommend his and Monarch's services.

Contacting Monarch and arranging for an engineer to come out was quick and easy on the phone.
Richard texted the afternoon before the appointment to give an approximate time he would arrive which was most helpful. He arrived on time and quickly found the problem and explained what the choices and costs were and I decided that owing to the age of my machine a full replacement was most cost effective.
He carefully and efficiently replaced the Water Softener, set it up and tested it explaining what he was doing and how best to maintain it. He also made sure the installation was registered with Monarch and took away the old machine for recycling.
Thanks to Richard’s professionalism the whole process was much less stressful than I had feared.
Dave came to sort out the issue with the water softener. He was held up at the previous job but kept me informed. He is very knowledgeable and very efficient and was quickly able to detect the problem and managed to sort it out.
