Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.

Dom turned up on time and diagnosed/replaced the faulty valve quickly. System back up and running in less than 15 minutes.

Had my Monarch Water Softener serviced today by Dave W. His expertise and product knowledge was 2nd to none. He found several minor faults with the machine and managed to fix them all. Dave also gave me lots of tips on how to best run the water softener appliance. He also knew a new local place where to buy sold from. All in all, a five star experience. Today was the first visit we’d had in the 5 years since having a Monarch softener. If I have to have another visit at any point (and I hope I don’t) Dave was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I would have no qualms about recommending Monarch based on the service I received today, especially having just moved house 5 weeks ago. Thank you Dave and Monarch!!
Dave W came to repair our water softener. Unfortunately, the resin was blown so he offered the option of replacing either the resin or the whole softener. As the old softener was more than 10 years old, we opted for a new unit. He actioned the replacement quickly and efficiently. Whilst here he noticed a small leak on our water filter which he quickly repaired.
An engineer from Monarch called Dave visited to look at an issue under warranty. He solved a couple of issues swiftly and professionally.

Engineer was great. Changed a part of the softener as still under warranty. Only downside is you have to pay for the repair/visit before they come out. Better way would be for the engineers to have portable card machines?
Analysed a persistent problem in the first minutes , cannibalised a new unit to fix the problem as it was very unusual. Magic!

Monarch offer a 7 year warranty. However 2 BIG problems. 1) The warranty is for parts ONLY. So when you call them out the sting you for a £150 call-out charge!! 2) The earliest they could get to me was 5 weeks! POOR!
