Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.

Dom turned up on time and diagnosed/replaced the faulty valve quickly. System back up and running in less than 15 minutes.
He was very professional and very helpful and advised us you will require a service after 2 years also he had the parts with him so he repaired my water softener without any delay.Thank you for a good service.

Excellent service from Dave W Dave W, today (4.4.25) (sorry for the delay), came out to see where my water softener was STILL leaking from, as unfortunately Paul previously did not do. Dave W went above & beyond to find where the leak was & fix it. He also serviced the softener unit. He was extremely knowledgeable, competent, helpful & respectful. Brilliant. Thanx-a-bunch

Had an issue with my water softener and called the company who arranged a visit from an engineer. Only cost was engineer labour. Was visited by Richard Lawrence who was in and out in an hour. He diagnosed the issue, changed the parts that were defective and got everything up and running again. My fault for not having the unit serviced. He finished up by cleaning up and arranging for a service in 2 years. Very satisfied with Monarch and especially the engineer, Richard Lawrence. Highly recommended.
