Unfortunately there’s been a hic up on connecting my phone, and this hopefully will soon be resolved. I received the phone and it’s in very good condition, and a very good price

Very poor, disappointed. I was told the phone would be sent on a next day delivery (as I was going on holiday and required a new phone). It took over 1 week to come. Shambles.

My request was handled in a quickest way I experted the least. I was also happy with deal and all the accessories that came with the phone
I cannot fault the politeness and helpfulness of the staff. The only reason I never gave 5 stars is due to delivery. My husband and I both ordered new phones and were promised they would be delivered on a Saturday, but mine did not arrive until the following Tuesday.

Worst people ever to deal with! Called up to cancel my order and was told by the person who dealt with my call today that she will email the warehouse to cancel my order and issue refund! YET I have to make sure it was done so called back in the afternoon as no notification was received or refund YET was told that the customer service representative will email the warehouse! Come 4pm today had email from mobile phone direct that my order has been dispatched with new phone and contract! So called back once again to resolve but nothing same thing was told oh will let DPD and warehouse know to cancel it! Only to receive text message from 02 confirming my new contract has been sent and it’s active! WHAT THE HELL are you people that thick and stupid You can’t get it done or listen to the customer! Will never use mobile phone direct EVER AGAIN

Phone never arrive Been told DPD tried to deliver it which was a lie as they then told me dpd never had an address Was told them hand set would come in another 3 days and then been told another week No phone by Wednesday this is been canceled and going else where as this is coming up to 2 weeks when was meant to be next day Customer service is shocking never again
The phone has not been delivered yet. You should Communicate by telling costumers why the product has not arrived the date and time that was supposed to be delivered. I have not hear anything from the delivery company.
I phoned up for some assistance. The man on the phone was really friendly/polite/helpful and enthuastic! The problem was resolved very efficiently.

As always, when I called mobile phones direct they were extremely helpful. I only called to find out when my contract expired.....turns out I was eligible for an upgrade.....nothing was too much trouble helping me purchase a new phone. It would have been delivered the very next day, but I was working all weekend so I had it delivered on Monday morning. I think this is my third contract phone, which means I have been a customer for six years.....highly recommended.
I found the whole experience long winded from start to finish apply and had to pay a penny to verify my identity give them my bank details then said they had put my order on pause as my address didn't match my bank details which it did then sent them a bank statement to prove it they also ask me to pay a penny and it came up 6 times saying ament had failed I ended up doing this 7 times until it said payment successfully I then looked at my statement to see 7 payments of aaperny were now sitting in pending they the called me to ask for a second bank so they could tack the penny I now have two payments pending in that account after all this I got a declined desion. I also thought I was dealing with mpd but they are not direct as they are a part of the Ao group also o2 is part of virgin media so in fact you are dealing with 4 different company's so it far from a direct process I will never deal with the 4 companies again was going to order two things from them and pay in full. But I apply to sky mobile and got a yes in ten minutes and it was £5 cheaper a month. Danny Earl
