Ordered late Monday night, dispatched Tuesday and arrived via DPD on Wednesday. As soon as it was dispatched I had texts from o2 updating my my upgrade so I didn't have to do anything. Phone even came with free charger, case and screen protector. I have had all my contract phones from mobile phones direct for the past 10 years or so now and always been perfect

I had my phone up and working within 24 hours of making my phone call to order it. The whole process was slick and couldn’t have been easier.

Very happy with the service I received. I ordered what I thought was an upgrade with my current provider. I misread the very clear instructions and ordered a new contract. Totally my mistake but....very impressed with how quickly and easily I was able to correct my mistake. My new upgrade arrived and my contract was corrected without any fuss at all. Thank you. I have used mobile phones direct before. So I already knew the best deals would be with them. My previous contract had ended. I called mpd as I had seen one of thier deals on the website. The lady who dealt with me was brilliant. She sorted me a new contract as an upgrade with my current phone operator. Kept my number and basically had to do nothing. Phone arrived straight away and everything was up and running within a day. Super deal and super service. Well done mpd
