I found the whole experience long winded from start to finish apply and had to pay a penny to verify my identity give them my bank details then said they had put my order on pause as my address didn't match my bank details which it did then sent them a bank statement to prove it they also ask me to pay a penny and it came up 6 times saying ament had failed I ended up doing this 7 times until it said payment successfully I then looked at my statement to see 7 payments of aaperny were now sitting in pending they the called me to ask for a second bank so they could tack the penny I now have two payments pending in that account after all this I got a declined desion. I also thought I was dealing with mpd but they are not direct as they are a part of the Ao group also o2 is part of virgin media so in fact you are dealing with 4 different company's so it far from a direct process I will never deal with the 4 companies again was going to order two things from them and pay in full. But I apply to sky mobile and got a yes in ten minutes and it was £5 cheaper a month. Danny Earl
