Easy setup value for money
Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.
Only been with them 2 week but all seems ok up 2 now
I asked for £4 a month pack , one week has cost me £14 why?

have just finally cancelled my 1 year contract with asda mobile (Never againe) 1 couldnt use the online payment on there website as they hav issues with the bank that i use so had to call them every month and give my bank detais evetry month 2 on one ocasion they lied to me and told me my contract was 6 months longer than it actually was and i had to sort it out without help from them 3 while trying to end my contract i was lied to again and was told if i cancelled my contract i would lose my phone number "and you woulnd want that would you" i had to insist on a pac code 4 they refused to send me o copy of the recorbung of my call to them even though i asked a few times

Had a pay as you go sim for ages, changed to a contract for 12 months. All updated over the phone, easy. At end of 12 month contract, suddenly very hard to go back to pay as you go, hmm i wonder why. Found out after making several calls, that i can't just choose a new bundle for my sim as i did previously, had to have a new sim sent out, which the original asda support never told me about - AND IT WOULD BE A NEW PHONE NUMBER. After more calling and explaining I am keeping my original phone number, you know, the one all my log ins, banking, social and work is connected to and is VERY IMPORTANT, after more calls, receive a sim 5 days later. Put new sim in phone, NOT ACTIVATED. Old sim and my phone number disconnected and new sim dead. Now can't even phone ASDA as there's no line connection. Try to log in through app, says i have a contract which already came to an end last month. I've been put out so much I have actually gone to ofcom as I have lost 3 days work as a result of not having my phone number (i am a courier whose work DEPENDS ON IT). Beware, coy staff who will attempt to make it easy to get you from pay as go to contract, but hard when attempting to not renew your contract at the end of the period. UPDATE Had to call asda once more, as supposedly new sim would be updated to have my original phone number, 5 DAYS LATER, still NOTHING. Spoke to support on phone, girl had to call me back 1 hour later and then told me it would be 5 days more to update the new phone number to the new sim. Can not change the bundle as the app and log in says i am in a contract. Had to block asda by the bank from taking any payments. Now i've taken 4 phone lines off asda and switched to EE. AVOID.

I haven’t been with Asda mobile for very long but I’m very unimpressed. Over a couple of months I’ve had 2 unknown messages charged against my account. I contacted customer services and apparently they were made by me to Norway. No!!!! I already told them that I haven’t sent any messages to the number charged or do I know anyone there. It dragged on and on and yesterday received a message from Asda saying indeed it was me after explicitly stating it wasn’t. Basically I’ve been called a liar and I’m fuming. Someone somewhere has access to my sim number. I’ve asked to be contacted by management now to discuss this and have said I will also contact OfCom to find out the relevant process to take this matter forward. Very Unimpressed

I switched to Asda mobile ,the customer service girl was very helpful on the phone as I was was worried I would lose my number but everything went smoothly,thank you .

Very poor bought and paid for a SIM card when I got it no credit on but had paid for credit another phone call again and even worse it is impossible to create an account as wanted to port old number which was impossible so will run for a month and change supplier
