Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.

Website failed to load properly

Website failed to load properly - issue with recapcha not actually showing, then contact form not working, then complaint form not working. When I finally managed to access the account after some 40 minutes it said my balance was zero despite my already having paid £5 before the sim arrived. It's the most hopeless experience I've ever had with a new SIM - would advise anyone thinking of using Asda mobile to avoid them completely- it's cheap but a really bad experience.

3 times in 1 year asda have stopped…

3 times in 1 year asda have stopped direct debit, with no notification. Website is OK but not user friendly. Tried to set up another direct debit 🙃 not sure if it has gone through. Again no notification 😒
