Being charged for messages not sent by me
I haven’t been with Asda mobile for very long but I’m very unimpressed. Over a couple of months I’ve had 2 unknown messages charged against my account. I contacted customer services and apparently they were made by me to Norway. No!!!! I already told them that I haven’t sent any messages to the number charged or do I know anyone there. It dragged on and on and yesterday received a message from Asda saying indeed it was me after explicitly stating it wasn’t. Basically I’ve been called a liar and I’m fuming. Someone somewhere has access to my sim number. I’ve asked to be contacted by management now to discuss this and have said I will also contact OfCom to find out the relevant process to take this matter forward. Very Unimpressed
