Highly recommended
Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.

English/ Accent Barrier
I felt the first person I spoke to about the initial set up, was over confident, although not knowing enough & struggled to understand the English language. Which has left me unconfident about my plan. On my second attempt the person I spoke with was much more helpful, but different to understand with their accent, which can't be helped.
