I payed for a year up front ( i know my fault). The first 2 months it worked great, until i went a couple states over for 4 days and came back. It hasn't worked well since. It will work when I'm out an about but as soon as i get back home it forgets how to work (weirdest thing ever). I can not receive phone calls or text at home with any certainty, you can imagine this causes issues with work. This is weather I'm on or off WiFi. 20+ calls to customer service at around 30 mins each. So many resets ( towers, my phone, etc). I went ahead purchased the physical copy of my SIM card to see if that worked and it didn't. Reset, turning the phone off and on, restart, turn airplane mode off and on, pull the sim card out and wait 10 mins. Nothing works for long, sometimes it doesn't work at all sometimes it will work for 15 mins or if I'm lucky an hour and then i get to start the loop over. I feel like i am playing the game the Outer Wilds and i am in some weird loop. So i have no idea where to go from here other than to drop a bad review because even though customer service is always nice and polite and they try to help they have not fixed the issue or even identified it. To my chagrin
