Seid Tagen kann ich mich nun schon nicht in mein Microsoft account anmelden da ich auf der Microsoft anmelde Webseite jedes mal nach dem eingeben meiner Email eine Meldung bekomme das die Seite aktuell nicht erreichbar ist. Es ist auch nicht möglich einen neuen Account mit einer zweit Mail zu erstellen da dort die selbe Meldung kommt dadurch kann ich keine games zocken für die ich mich in meinem Konto anmelden muss.

e suis sous garantie microsoft pour ma surface laptop, elle termine début juillet. J'ai envoyé deux fois au service réparation ma surface qui me revient a domicile sans réparation. Je suppose que microsoft fait tirer jusqu'au dépassement de ma garantie pour ne pas prendre en charge les réparations. Mon ordinateur s'éteint, c'est surement un problème de carte mere, et ils ne veulent pas remplacer la carte je pense. Leur prétexte de retour de réparation est incompréhensible si ils ont testé ma surface.

Impossible (factual) to contact on the three telephone numbers provided by MS 365 subscription as have been locked out of account for 12 months and have tried without success for weeks to cancel this subscription VIA the telephone method or chat. So if anyone knows at this CORP how to cancel my subscription let us know.
Subject: Complaint Regarding Ongoing Service Failure and Lack of Resolution – Microsoft OneDrive
I pay for an annual subscription to Microsoft OneDrive. Since February 2025, the core functionality of the service—file sharing with designated users—has stopped working. Despite reaching Tier 3 support and spending hours over the past four months coordinating with Microsoft, the issue remains unresolved.
Throughout this time, I have repeatedly been asked to submit logs and information that I have already provided multiple times. There has been no meaningful update or progress in resolving the issue.
On June 16, I asked about compensation for the prolonged disruption. I was told there are no further escalation paths and was again asked for data I had already submitted.
This service has not functioned as advertised for four months, and Microsoft has failed to provide an adequate resolution. At this point, the only acceptable remedy is a refund for the portion of the service that has not worked.
I request your assistance in holding Microsoft accountable for failing to deliver a paid service and failing to resolve the matter through appropriate support channels
I use Microsoft and Windows products. In the middle of my work, I go to the toilet — and Windows decides to update, restart, and close everything without saving my work. Whoever designed Windows to behave like this deserves to burn in hell.

Let’s be honest, Microsoft are a shadow of what they used to be and stating that they are helpful is also incorrect.
Their systems do not work efficiently, and they want to get rid of you ASAP. If you have a legitimate complaint, however, they are not really interested when these are handled by BOTS. The problem is that management believe that that is the way forward. Having to communicate with a BOT for over 30 minutes and then having to advise them I had to leave my computer for a minute for a call of nature, this apparently exceeded the BOT's tolerance and i was ignored so I lost the connection and a further wasted hour or so for me, just to get no help whatsoever. It probably helped their Stats, but that's all.
I have the transcript downloaded to my computer to support my statements.
After 30minutes of searching, I can't find any way to wipe my previously used account passwords, and due to their policy of not being able to use old passwords as a new one, the loop of forgetting my last password and having to reset it, but not having the option on any of my previously used ones has caused me to go through at least several different iterations of passwords over the years. This is stupidly excessive in terms of security measures, and just makes my life hell every time I try to sign into my microsoft account, which at this point I actively avoid the use of due to the amount of times I've had to put through a new password.
Windows 11 is the most badly designed operating system. It slows down everything it is awful to have such operating system designed. It is pathetic and extremely bad to design such operating system.
So after a software update on my laptop, I was locked out of my laptop which I needed to do an MFA to verify my Microsoft account.
I tried doing this through my email but the verification codes weren’t being sent to my emails, even after checking my junk.
I couldn’t do my phone number as it’s an outdated phone number so I needed to update it via my microsoft account. Because of the verification process, I need to wait for 30 days for the verification process to go through, so this means I’m locked out of my account for 30 days.
Because of this, I’ve been unable to work as I freelance for a living so I’m losing money with each passing day, I’ve tried contacting Microsoft (which is a nightmare to do), after two attempts, they put the phone down on me twice. After the third attempt, I was told to plug my laptop into my router for 3 hours (which I knew wasn’t going to work). After the 3 hours, I tried calling back but apparently I’d gone over the daily amount of calls I’m allowed (even though they put the phone down on me twice).
I then had to go to my wife’s account to then contact them on my behalf for them to say that they can’t get me into my laptop until the 30 days verification had gone through. The only way in would be to wipe my laptop & start all over again, re-install everything again because of their messed up security system preventing me from getting access to my laptop.
Even after agreeing this is the only way forwards (which it shouldn’t be at all because of their system). I was promised a callback from them where I need a USB, a spare laptop & was told they would call me back.
I’ve been waiting around all day where somebody did call me back & said they need to download the image onto a USB stick. In the time it was downloading, they said they would call me back in half an hour. It’s been nearly two hours & I’m sat here without a laptop, just so they can wipe everything I need & then spend the rest of the day getting everything back.
Also, on top of this. I had a trip planned with my family where I booked tickets to go out for the day which I had to put on hold whilst this gets sorted. My kids were excited & I had to tell them no because of all this, the tickets are non-refundable.
As I said, I’m not able to work so every day that goes passed, I’m losing money (not that Microsoft will reimburse me for the most money & the lost time for all of this.
Absolutely pathetic, all because of this ridiculous security procedure that’s in place to stop me from getting into my own laptop to make a living & all of the time I’ve wasted trying to get this sorted. Nobody had any good answers other than (let’s wipe the laptop) which means I lose all of my work & we’re going to make you waste your day to do it.
I’m willing to accept the lost time & all of my work but unless you reimburse me for the lost money because I’m not able to work. I’m going to steer away from Microsoft & move to Apple & encourage people to do the same. What an absolute disgrace!
