Your website is SUPERIOR to anything I have ever used, not just for electronics, but anything. Kudos on that -- it's impressive! Order entry was a breeze, payment & shipping a snap. This beats Amazon 1000x over.
The freaking system cannot understand that a customer wishes to update his shipping and billing addresses. I went through the cycle several times cancelling old addresses and entering new ones. And despite the confirmations of change it still displays the old addresses that are not valid anymore since I moved to a different state many years ago.
We all suffers because of these tariffs. I understand that they most likely do pass down to the customers, but can we at least split the cost of these stupid tariffs? to help both of us.
It’s alright. Delivery was a bit slow and the tracking system was glitchy. The product works fine though, just not the smoothest experience.

Both the breadth of manufacturers for very specific components and then the filtering tool to specify needed electrical specifications to narrow the available options and if the products are in stock is the driver to use Mouser for marine DC electrical components.

Can you believe that Mouser cancelled some items of your PO without specific reason. Strange thing is that they sell you A-connector but they told you they can not sell you the "cover" of that A-connector? Both are the item in the same catagory and they told you that you are the reseller(PS:we are not). complaint to customer service representative get the immediate same reply. I am assuming that they must have too many cases like this and want to close it ASAP

Your ordering platform is one of THE BEST. My orders from over a year ago are there for view, the prompt to review my order before submitting is something I wish all vendors had. The way it is formatted and easy to read is stellar.

Shopping experience is great. However, please try and use minimum packaging and reduce waste. I am regular customer and each Mouser order produces an enormous amount of waste. Please evaluate your packing practices and optimize them. Thanks!

Ich habe bis jetzt zwei Mal bei mouser bestellt und beide Male war alles sehr zügig Versand und kam auch wie versprochen nur 4 Tage nach Bestellung an. Diesen schnellen Versand aus den USA ohne Versandkosten anzubieten ist schon beachtlich. Es wurde genau das geliefert was ich bestellt habe und darüber hinaus sehr ordentlich verpackt (darüber muss man sich keine Sorgen machen, manchmal sogar ein bisschen zu viel verpackung). Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
