One star is way to good for them! Let’s be honest, Microsoft are a shadow of what they used to be and stating that they are helpful is also incorrect. Their systems do not work efficiently, and they want to get rid of you ASAP. If you have a legitimate complaint, however, they are not really interested when these are handled by BOTS. The problem is that management believe that that is the way forward. Having to communicate with a BOT for over 30 minutes and then having to advise them I had to leave my computer for a minute for a call of nature, this apparently exceeded the BOT's tolerance and i was ignored so I lost the connection and a further wasted hour or so for me, just to get no help whatsoever. It probably helped their Stats, but that's all. I have the transcript downloaded to my computer to support my statements.
