Seid Tagen kann ich mich nun schon nicht in mein Microsoft account anmelden da ich auf der Microsoft anmelde Webseite jedes mal nach dem eingeben meiner Email eine Meldung bekomme das die Seite aktuell nicht erreichbar ist. Es ist auch nicht möglich einen neuen Account mit einer zweit Mail zu erstellen da dort die selbe Meldung kommt dadurch kann ich keine games zocken für die ich mich in meinem Konto anmelden muss.

e suis sous garantie microsoft pour ma surface laptop, elle termine début juillet. J'ai envoyé deux fois au service réparation ma surface qui me revient a domicile sans réparation. Je suppose que microsoft fait tirer jusqu'au dépassement de ma garantie pour ne pas prendre en charge les réparations. Mon ordinateur s'éteint, c'est surement un problème de carte mere, et ils ne veulent pas remplacer la carte je pense. Leur prétexte de retour de réparation est incompréhensible si ils ont testé ma surface. Votre appareil n’a pas été traité, car aucun défaut n’a été trouvé et l’appareil était en cours de fonctionnement conformément aux spécifications de Microsoft ou le type de dommages n’était pas couvert. Nous rétablissons votre appareil à l’adresse que vous avez fournie. Votre appareil a quitté notre centre de services et est en route vers l’adresse d’expédition que vous avez fournie.

een grote doffe ellende

er ontstond zoiets als een soort kortsluitinkje bij het aanmelden met mijn microsoft-account en vanaf dat moment is het account onbruikbaar geworden en kan ik geen mails meer ontvangen. Ik ben genoodzaakt om al mijn contacten te verwittigen, dat contact niet meer mogelijk is via mijn email.

One drive is the biggest POS. How to you f up a piece of software so badly? That is not a rhetorical question. I think they should document their process of making this so future developers can do the exact opposite. Seriously, you guys feel comfortable charging people money for this? You have forever lost a customer to google drive.

Service

Service! There is no possibility of talking to a man in customer service. The bots have too low intelligence level - it is very strange if we are talking about Microsoft. My Surface Pro 11 should have been back one month ago. The Service sends it back after one day. It is OK, but the UPS operator kept my parcel for two weeks in a distribution centre in Cumbernauld /UK/, and then I found the information that my Surface is going back to the Service point in Germany. The UPS didn't try to deliver this parcel, did not send me any notification about delivery, no text message, no email, no avizo - NOTHING. I had 2 weeks of holiday - I've been at home. I have found info on the Microsoft website that my parcel is going back to the Microsoft Service in Germany. No possibility to change it. The UPS customer service person said it is not possible to help you, and I need to contact the sender /service to move my parcel again to me. The problem is that the service has no contact possibility - no phone number, e-mail address, nothing!!! Nobody knows where my Surface is? Totally hopelessness in the companies offering state-of-the-art solutions. I may have just lost £2,000. Companies are disappointing in their conduct. Buy, buy their product, lots of offers, cosying up. Once you buy, forget about us. Shame! Interestingly, my Polish Microsoft account does not have my Surface Pro. On the other hand, on the English account, it already is.

LOG IN ISSUE

I’ve been having a terrible experience trying to log into my Hotmail/Outlook account. Every single time I try, I get the message: “Too many requests. Try again later.” I haven’t even made multiple attempts, so I have no idea why this keeps happening. When I try to reset my password, it says: “That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method.” But there is no other method available, and I’m completely stuck. This has been going on for MONTHS, and I urgently need to access important emails. There’s no clear help or fix, and I’m getting increasingly frustrated. Please do something about this. It's unacceptable that I can’t even access my own account, especially when I rely on it for critical communication.

Leider leider leider bin ich gezwungen

Leider leider leider bin ich gezwungen, NOCH Windows zu nutzen. Aber demnächst geht auch das letzte berufliche Tool auf Apple. Endlich, dann fliegt diese ganze Windows Sch. in die Tonne. Egal, was man hat, nichts funktioniert zufriedenstellend, es geht schon los, dass regelmäßig auf dem Surface bei der Gesichtserkennung kommt: da hat etwas nicht geklappt... (oder so ähnlich)... das habe ich bei Apple noch nie erlebt. Dann dauert die Anmeldung aus dem Standby sooooo lange, bei Apple dauert es auf dem iPad weniger als 1 Sekunde. Ok, dafür kann ich mit dem iPad auch 8 Stunden arbeiten, beim Surface ist ohne Arbeiten nach 2 Tagen der Akku aber schon leer... Ganz zu schweigen, dass auf Windows irgendwelche Synchronisationen nicht funktionieren, Updates das System zum Überlasten bringen... wer braucht schon sowas, ich glücklicherweise nicht mehr lange!

Why is it so impossible to get anywhere on this site

I'm trying to play Minecraft but logging into microsoft makes me believe they don't want you to use this site. I don't know how something as simple as logging in could cause me so much rage with how impossible they make it. I don't even know where I end up after two minutes of clicking links trying to reset my password. Please use your new state of matter to make your websites actually useable. As they are right now they are not even worth zero stars, in fact I can not fathom why anyone would unironically use microsoft without getting paid by bill gates himself. I would rather navigate a maze after ripping out my eye balls and amputating my legs and even then I could probably find my way out before I find a way to login on microsoft.
