Seid Tagen kann ich mich nun schon nicht in mein Microsoft account anmelden da ich auf der Microsoft anmelde Webseite jedes mal nach dem eingeben meiner Email eine Meldung bekomme das die Seite aktuell nicht erreichbar ist. Es ist auch nicht möglich einen neuen Account mit einer zweit Mail zu erstellen da dort die selbe Meldung kommt dadurch kann ich keine games zocken für die ich mich in meinem Konto anmelden muss.

e suis sous garantie microsoft pour ma surface laptop, elle termine début juillet. J'ai envoyé deux fois au service réparation ma surface qui me revient a domicile sans réparation. Je suppose que microsoft fait tirer jusqu'au dépassement de ma garantie pour ne pas prendre en charge les réparations. Mon ordinateur s'éteint, c'est surement un problème de carte mere, et ils ne veulent pas remplacer la carte je pense. Leur prétexte de retour de réparation est incompréhensible si ils ont testé ma surface.

Windows 11 macht nur Probleme viele meiner Programme funktionieren nicht mehr richtig und das die Lizenz an das Microsoftkonto gebunden ist macht es nicht viel besser da ich aktuell mein Passwort auch nicht mehr zurück setzten kann deswegen empfehle ich jeden seinen Key entweder auszulesen oder gleich eine Key auf Keywebsite zu holen
Over a year ago, £15 x 6 was taken out of my account in Santander Bank, Took ages to sort it. My bank refunded it.
£8.40 for I dont know what. was taken out monthly
A month or so £25 x 5 was taken out
YOU TRY TO CONTACT MICROSOFT AND THEY MAKE IT AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE.
I CONTACTED THE BANK AND THAT WAS LIKE GETTING BLOOD OUT OF A STONE.
THIS WENT ON FOR DAYS
EVENTUALLY THE BANK HAD REFUNDED ME THE £125. THEY THEN AFTER PHONE CALLS, TOOK IT BACK AGAIN.
I PERSEVERED AND ACTUALLY GOT MICROSOFT.
The bank sent me in the meantime a letter of why I owed the money and I asked them why they had sent me the letter.
They told me to ignore the letter as it was sorted and to ring MICROSOFT.
So as I said, i actually got a REEEEEL PERSON (woop woop )
I told him the story so far, and after leaving to investigate the story for 15 mins, he came back and asked me WHO IS JACK WILLS ??

SI BLOCCA SU' GIOCHI comuni che richiedono poche risorse, non per colpa delle prestazioni del pc, in ASUS TUF 17. gaming.. perdita delle impostazioni sull'utilizzo della batteria e prestazioni.. lettore che non legge formati banali , lento a passare da un video all'altro quando chiudi e apri, nel trasferimento file da altre fonti esterne, sebben il mio pc abbia una porta THUNDERBOLT, perdita delle connessioni tra memoria esterna , chiavette usb memorie flag dischi rigidi, collegamento cellulare, qualsiasi sia la fonte, , difficolta a riconoscere il supporto, e quando riesce , durante trasferimento file , all'improvviso si blocca e scompare tutto.. ho avito tutte le versioni, un ASUS ancora funzionate con windos 7 , che mastica tutto, un ACER con windos 10 , mastica tutto. WINDOS 11 E UN POZZO DI DISPERAZIONE, non riesco ad usarlo serenamente, ho desiderio di cambiare sistema operativo e dire addio a MICROSOFT, con questa versione ha letteralmnte distrutto la mia fiducia, volgio un sistema operativo che funzioni senza dover perdere tempo per qualsiasi cosa. giudizio EXTREMAMENTE NEGATIVO

If I could give zero stars, I would.
My partner and I run a small business – just the two of us – and we were locked out of our Microsoft Authenticator app. That meant we lost access to our entire Microsoft account: Teams, OneDrive, documents, client communication – everything.
It took TWO MONTHS to regain access. During this time:
We called Microsoft support almost daily.
Sent numerous emails.
Spoke to multiple people who sounded like robots reading from a script.
Every single time, we were told “we’ll escalate this to a higher team” – but nothing ever happened.
The problem? The account was tied to our brand, not the exact company name registered in Sweden – even though we’re the same people behind both. Apparently, unless a trademark is registered in the same country as the company, Microsoft won't accept it – which is completely absurd and disconnected from how real businesses operate.
When we finally regained access, our assigned caseworker had quit, and no one took over. No handover, no accountability.
And when we finally log in? Teams doesn’t work. Why? Because payments couldn’t go through as we had to change our card while locked out. Now we’re being told we need to open another case, and our account – with all our work – is scheduled for deletion tomorrow.
So to summarize:
❌ Locked out for 2 months
❌ No meaningful help from support
❌ Bounced between departments like a number
❌ No one took ownership
❌ Now at risk of losing everything
We’re a small business. We rely on Microsoft to function. And this experience has been absolutely shameful.
