alert button connects to Verizon in house. Two other systems failed connection
When I recently had a fall and was bleeding profusely from my forehead, the lady at Medical Alert told me what to do and ambulance was on its way. She also called each of my children to inform them of my accident and was enroute to the hospital. Thank you for your PROMPT RESPONSE!!!
I have used the alert 3 times, and I have been very satisfied with the service I had. However, I pay extra for a service to detect a fall. Three times I have fallen, and no response was heard on the alarm button. I was able to get up or someone was near to help me, I know that I should have reported those times, but I didn't.

I had a bad fall and was unable to get up on my own. Thanks to the alert system, help came within 15 minutes. Thank you for your prompt response.

Was surprised when the alert was triggered as I didn't directly press the button. I tried to stop it with pressing the button for the two second interval but it then went to the person responding. I was able to then cancel the alert. However, I have had two instances in past few months that I have had a fall and pressed the button and got quick and effective service.
They were punctual and effective at identifying that my mother was in distress and responding as quickly as they did with first responders.
My Mom's experience has been great!!! You're always on time with getting her help. That's what I like about your company.
