I feel safe with it. I had a bad case of a fib and had to call for help and it worked
Response time for EMS was less than 10 minutes.
Always professional and helpful whenever an alert is received. I am notified promptly that my husband has an issue, and usually Medics are already on the way. A true life-saver.

It didn't take forever for the Paramedics to get here. My daughter was notified by the dispatcher on her cell phone. The dispatcher stayed connected until the Paramedics arrived. Medical Alert does make phone calls to make sure the system works.
The service serves the purpose no problems at all. When I went to cancel it took well over a month to get reimbursed and then they charge you a RESTOCKING FEE! I had the service well over two years .
You were there when we needed you.
On top of alerting my family when my Father was in need, several times in the past 2 years.

I live by myself after the passing of my husband. I had a medical emergency on Jan 5th. The EMT s and the police was there almost as soon as I hung up. My daughter called to see what was happening. Another daughter met the ambulance at the hospital. All based on you calling them and others on my list. Thank you so much. Because of that incidence, I have other family members considering getting medical alert. Thank you

Save your money and go elsewhere. First watch didn’t work. Sent it back for a replacement and this didn’t work. Asked for $500 refund told it will be done ……….🦗🦗🦗..still waiting 2 months later and no reply. Maybe ACCC can sort it out!😡

I am so pleased with the quick response of Medical Alert when my Mom had a stroke just a few weeks ago, I work 15 minutes from home by the time I made it to Town I met the Ambulance coming into town with her.
