How a bike dealer should be
Prior to calling at Paddock Motorcycles, Congleton (my town) I had called in to two larger dealers to check the stock out of curiosity. On both occasions I was met with at best indifference and worse, incompetence. Both were either disinterested in my custom or couldn't answer any simple bike related question. I'm not one for knocking a business but I was genuinely shocked by the lack of interest and knowledge. I decided to check out Paddock online and although the used stock was more limited, I noticed some great new bike offers and called in for a chat. I was immediately met with a smiling face and offer of any help if needed. From that moment I was impressed and so pursued my options further. I spoke to Luke who helped me with any and all questions I had and offered me a fantastic deal on a brand new Tracer 9GT which I snapped up. The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated even down to me changing my mind on the bike's colour 2 days before pick up, which Luke sorted without question. If you're looking for good old fashioned impeccable customer service with a friendly bunch of lads, Paddock comes highly recommended (They even deliver nationwide) Really, really pleased.
