When I used Martyn Gerrard as lettings and management agents, Kelly at the Finchley office was always prompt, efficient and diplomatic when liaising with tenants. Helpful even after the arrangement ended. Much appreciated!

I had had one valuation already of 535000 from another estate agent who sat down with me and discussed selling points, anything I had to tell him about my flat etc. He was very polite and focused on what was good about my property. Martin Gerard on the other hand, despite evaluating the same property type on my very same road at 535000, told me my flat was worth 500000, despite at least three rooms being significantly larger than the one they valued at 535000. They had had many viewings for the neighbour’s property and feedback was around the smaller sized rooms. Common sense prevailing, I would have thought my flat could have the same audience - and offer the larger sized rooms. There was no real interest in my home and in fact more questions were asked about the flat above me, that they were very excited about ! The process of a valuation can be quite personal - you are entering people’s homes and making comment, please consider people better and be consistent in your pricing of properties.

They communicated brilliantly and were always on hand when we needed them. Martyn Gerrard acted for me on the sale of a house in Southgate. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to find a large number of potential buyers. They arranged and managed a lot of viewings over a short period with no inconvenience to me. This led to several offers being received and they were able to advise on the factors I should take into account in choosing one to accept. They subsequently performed a useful liaison role and were always helpful and constructive when I needed to approach them.

This is a professional EA, esp. Declan is doing a really good job, he doesn't mind spending his time for the whole morning, had shown us a few house at similar price range, so that we can have an idea what we are looking for. The whole house viewing experience is pleasant.

Lynsey was absolutely amazing showing us our new home. This review is about the MG team at North Finchley. It is led by Craig with support from Fatmir and Ben. They have facilitated the sale of our current property and the purchase of our new home with professionalism and good humour during the past few months ( May through early August ). Fatmir managed the important sales side at the beginning of the journey and skilfully achieved a good price for our current home.
