Martyn Gerrard acted for me on the sale of a house in Southgate. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to find a large number of potential buyers. They arranged and managed a lot of viewings over a short period with no inconvenience to me. This led to several offers being received and they were able to advise on the factors I should take into account in choosing one to accept. They subsequently performed a useful liaison role and were always helpful and constructive when I needed to approach them.
