I've been letting a property through Martyn Gerrard for the past 15 years and find the team at Martyn Gerrard to be very efficient and professional in all matters from maintenance to rental renewals. I am confident in the knowledge that they are taking care of my property and my interests. With regards to rental renewals, Zoe Sophocles has been brilliant. She is very knowledgeable about the rental market, provides really sound advice and always has my interests in mind. I trust her judgement and would recommend Zoe and Martyn Gerrard as trusted property experts.

I wrote yesterday to see a house in Muswell Hill. They sent me an e-mail saying they're making an appointment for the 13.00. Hours passed but they did not send a confirmation email. I emailed again and asked if I could see the house at 1:00. The person who was interested said that there was a conflict in her agenda and that she could give me an appointment at 13.30.I told them ok. Two hours before I was due to leave the house, they called me and said they hadn't received the key from the landlord. There is no key, how do you make an appointment? They are not professional at all. I will not look for a house through them and I do not recommend it to you either.

I have always found this company to be reliable and helpful when renewing my rental property. They are always prompt with dealing with lettings and with payments.

I've been conversing with Oliver and Zlat, at the Finchley Central branch of Martin Gerard, they been absolutely incredible, I'm Disabled and live in supported- living, before phoning MG I tried alot of local estate agents who resolutely said no to helping me as I don't have a Gurantor- (bar Barnet Council) Oliver and Zlat are the only persons- who has helped and guided me into how to find one, and has been fully flexible with their, vast knowledge and assistance, into helping me find a flat in my desperate need, shows themselves & MG are the only Agents who have taken time/consideration into helping me and are a truly valuable resource for people's on housing benefits and unique- in a word for that. I cannot recommend Oliver and Zlat highly enough for all your rental needs, thanks for helping me when no one else would.

The only time we needed to visit a branch in person was for the ID scan, and even that was straightforward and could be done at any location. The entire process was quick, clear, and efficient.
