They communicated brilliantly and were always on hand when we needed them. They gave us positive, realistic appraisals of value in a market they know inside out, and made sure to match up our house with buyers who had what needed (chain free, proceedable, committed to buying our lovely house with the funds to do it). Craig, Raphael, Ben and Fatmir were massively supportive, proactive, and kept in contact, as well as having great relationships with us and with prospective buyers.
