Worked with Lynsey and saw some properties. Lynsey had a good understanding of what we were looking for, and had excellent properties to show us. While we didn't end up signing with them, we would certainly contact them again in the future.

When we were looking to sell our flat in North Finchley, we invited representatives from three different real estate agencies to come round and advise us on what kind of service they could offer and how much we could approximately expect if a sale was completed. Craig Thompkins from Martyn Gerrard made by far and away the best impression. Now, with the sale completed and contracts exchanged, he has shown how well he knows the market, because he got exactly the amount he predicted he would! I have to say that dealing with Martyn Gerrard (Barnet) was a pleasant surprise based upon my previous experience of dealing with estate agents. Martyn Gerrard are a very professional firm. Bruvis and Jamie were excellent in keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Jamie dealt with all the viewings for me and kept me advised of upcoming viewings and provided early feedback. Once the property went under offer Bruvis took over. He has communicated with me regularly and kept me up to date. All my interactions with the team at Martyn Gerrard were positive. Craig Thompkins and his team were absolutely amazing during our house sale. A simple sale turned into a nightmare as a result of the other solicitors. This caused us a great deal of stress. Without Craig on the other end of the phone, I and my wife, especially, would not have been able to get through. He was always available to answer calls and questions. He assisted in chasing the other side and placing pressure in the right way at the right time on the right parties to ensure we achieved our deadline to exchange and complete. He is extremely professional as well as empathetic and understanding. When he was personally not available, a member of his team was always on hand. I cannot thank and praise Craig highly enough. He definitely deserves a huge recognition. If you need your property sold, or if you are looking to buy then Craig is your man. He will not stop until the deal is done!
