Having just completed my sale, I am writing a thank you very much to Neela Patel, my state agent. She gave me a sensible and professional advice about the market, discussed fully the offer a d the entire process and even after the offer was accepted, she kept me well informed. Even to help push a few answers from the seller solicitor!! This experience would have not been the same without her help and support, and I am very grateful to have met such a professional agent.

I rented a property through Marsh & Parsons (M&P) at their Clapham branch. During the tenancy, M&P was responsible for the maintenance of the flat, yet we consistently dealt with issues such as recurrent mouse infestations and hazardous mould, which were never properly addressed. The issues persisted even after the tenancy ended. Despite vacating the property nearly two months ago, I am still awaiting the return of my deposit. It seems M&P and the landlord are cooperating closely, leaving me without transparency. I have been asked to pay again for cleaning the property after a company recommended by M&P did the original cleaning and the money was sent directly to M&P. Most concerning is that M&P reported a lower deposit amount to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme than what was stipulated in my tenancy agreement, and they are not amending this error despite my request that they do so. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering renting through Marsh & Parsons. My experience has been deeply frustrating, and I hope others can avoid similar difficulties.

Baran attended to me concerning an issue with my Landlord. During our conversation, he was polite, responsible, respectful and made every effort to understand my situation. He considered all the salient issues before making any comments. He was non-judgmental and unbiased when giving advice. He understood the requirements of his job and tried his best to endure costumer satisfaction was reached by the end of the discussion. His mediation and problem solving skills are excellent. His first concern was to do his utmost best to resolve the situation to a reasonable conclusion on both sides. It is my opinion that Baran is most definitely an asset to Marsh & Parsons.

Having continuous complicated issues with the tenant Phoebe has managed the communication between us and the tenant with caution and care. Striving to solve the issues raised by the tenant as soon as possible, and keeping us informed.

I'd like to compliment Nara Bolor‑Erdene for her excellent handling of all my property management concerns. Unfortunately, I've had a few issues at my property recently, but Nara's clear communication, efficient follow up emails and calls with handymen and plumbers, along with her very fair handling of all quotes, has taken much of the stress away from me. Nara has a polite, calm and empathetic nature over the phone and over email, which makes me feel as if she genuinely cares about my property issues and that she is invested in getting my problems resolved. She is a brilliant asset to the Marsh & Parsons team.
