I have worked with Tom Whitehouse over multiple rental properties in Notting Hill over a long period of time. Tom gives clear advice on market valuation and status. Always professional and proactive. Very good at negotiating and ironing out problems/demands in order to get a tenancy signed up both parties happy with.

Baran was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire checkout process.

Responded quickly to an invoicing question, and explained in a rational way I was incorrect on 1 point but correct on another and also explained the difference in payment received. Great communication, non combative.

We chose to sell our flat with Marsh & Parsons Streatham Hill as we bought the flat from them and had a good experience then. Unfortunately it was not the case this time round. We received little to no communication- we'd only get feedback on viewings if we chased them. Several times viewings cancelled and we were not told. When we asked what happened, we were told we probably missed a call, which was a lie. All in all, would not recommend.

Harry Bunn managed my flat whilst it was let for a couple of years . He dealt with everything extremely wellfrom liaising with the tenants to organising maintenance works . He was always efficient , organised and proactive . He often had helpful suggestions and kept me informed regularly . I had complete confidence in him
