Reference number 107557100 I had a family plan,removed a number for one month and 18th and 19th july tried to recharge it started giving error “threshold limit reached “ then on 20th July I added that number to same family again , received SMS about recharge but after that no network bars and sometimes SOS
Lyca failed to send me the QR code that I need to set up the eSIM on my phone. Nevertheless they claim the "plan activation" was successful. It was not successful for me. I have not received a usable eSIM.
UPDATE 7/18/2025: after writing the previous review Lyca Mobile customer service did contact me. They offered me a refund for eSIM and informed me that I would have to purchase a physical SIM. They told me what I needed to do for a full refund. I did exactly as they asked and once again I have not heard anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I decided to buy the esim card for like $12.86 which includes unlimited talk, text and data. I assumed the esim would work in my phone but it is not compatible. Shame on me for not checking first. This does not excuse Lyca customer service from blowing me off completely. I have called the number several times both times I finally got through I was hung up on. LIA the chat bot can't help me so it pushes me through to wait on agent who never answers. Oh and it states I can email them too only to be ignored once again. So I sit here day #4 with no solution. Not even an almost solution. I guess what I'm saying is their customer service sucks and they are making me feel like I'm not even a customer of theirs.

Oh you will never know how good it is for a customer to feel heard and listened to, i have spoken to atleast 2 customer reps from Lycamobile regarding my issue and Marlene is the only one who really listended to me and actually solved my problem and all this she did on chat, wonderful how she asked follow up questions for clarity , and her explanantion and clarity in communication is wonderful. if only we had more customer reps like her
My man Hamid helped me to transfer my old mobile number to lyca he helped me to do a refund and order new sim on the call itself I love the way he treat me and helped me out for this process I would recommend more of my friends to do come to lyca

I m an existing customer of lyca in u.s for the past 8 yrs. It is one of cheapest service that is offered in USA, easy to call INDIA with no extra pay. I barely spend monthly 20 $ for my phone bill. I have not explored the data options as I m a house wife and I have wifi for all my data needs. Recently i was not able to receive any sms or calls and I called Lyca and the customer service was great. They make sure they understand the issue and suggest the right path. My new sim was delivered to resolve the network issue and I again contacted customer sservice to swap the sim. Rep - Ayla was clear on the steps and we have did the necessary steps. Thank u Lyca, hopefully after sim swap my network issue resolves. Will come back to edit if my sim is not working :)
i was unable to activate my esim. worked with couple of customer care executives and spent almost 2 hours with no result. they created ticket with tech team and asked me to wait for 48 hours, still with no resolution on day2. Then i connected with Ibtissam, the customer care executive who was able to go step by step to research the issue and guided me right way to fix the problem and ended with resolution and able to use my new esim. Thanks Ibtissam and i recommend these kind of executives for promotions. Narendra Gaddam
I purchased a plan on December 9th, and they were supposed to send me the SIM card. The charge was processed automatically, but the SIM never arrived. I called the company several times, and they said they would send a new SIM, but it also never arrived. However, I have been charged for two months, and I still don't have the SIM. I just want to cancel the plan and get a refund.
