Horrible experience
I purchased a plan on December 9th, and they were supposed to send me the SIM card. The charge was processed automatically, but the SIM never arrived. I called the company several times, and they said they would send a new SIM, but it also never arrived. However, I have been charged for two months, and I still don't have the SIM. I just want to cancel the plan and get a refund.
