Help for activating my esim
i was unable to activate my esim. worked with couple of customer care executives and spent almost 2 hours with no result. they created ticket with tech team and asked me to wait for 48 hours, still with no resolution on day2. Then i connected with Ibtissam, the customer care executive who was able to go step by step to research the issue and guided me right way to fix the problem and ended with resolution and able to use my new esim.
