Very bad, don't buy! I bought a package to use mobile data in UK och it took me about a day to understand what the difference between the offers they have and how to activate the package when you already have the sim and paid everything! And then when I was in UK the mobile data doesn't work and I called and mailed them but no answer! When I was back to Sweden I wanted to stop the automatic renewal and tell them that I wasn't satisfied so I call them and the person I talked to didn't care and wasn't kind.
Sen jag blev kund hos Lycamobile i september , inte haft fungerande, pålitlig telefoni.Över 2 månader har tillbringat otaliga timmar och kämpat via mejl, chatt och telefon för att felet skulle åtgärdats. Lycamobile enligt eget utsago haft tekniska problem under september och fram till mitten av oktober , som också enligt eget utsago hade löst sig. För mig dock problemet kvarstod även efteråt , trots lugnande besked och löften från Lycamobiles sidan. Trots ständiga påtryckningar från min sida hade den tekniska avdelningen aldrig hört av sig , endast skickade de automatiska SMS gång på gång att ärendet var avklarat medan fortsatt strul med telefoni.14 november kontaktade jag Complaints och reklamerade de månader, som inte haft telefoni med begäran av återbetalning av 1 års köp. Complaints svarade inte inom 4 arbetsdagar, som Lycamobile vill påstå ,utan hörde av sig första och enda gången , 27 november och bara efter att jag hade ringt , chattat och mejlat Kundservicen gånger flera , för att få veta vad som hade hänt .Till slut , 27 november en namngiven person på Complaints godkände återbetalningen på 1 år och uppmuntrade att jag skulle höra av mig ,om det fanns efterföljande frågor.Jag skrev tillbaka till den person på Complaints ,samma dag gällande överflytt av mitt nummer till annan leverantör, pga jag hade fått motstridiga info från de olika aktörer inom Lycamobile jag hade pratat med,innan Complaints svarade.Har hittills skrivit ca 30 mejl både till den handläggare på Complaints och Complaints avdelning generellt, utan att få något svar. Enligt kundtjänsten på mejl, om jag flyttar mitt nummer till annan telefoni operatör, innan återbetalningen sker , då förlorar jag 1 års återbetalning, eftersom mitt konto på Lycamobile raderas automatiskt vid flyttdatum och återbetalningen kan ej genomföras.Denna information fick jag dock aldrig bekräftat via Complaints och vid efterföljande samtal med kundtjänsten hänvisade de till Complaints, som inte svarar. I ljuset av den obekräftade informationen och i samråd med kundtjänsten på chatten , har ändrat datumet för flytt till Comviq från 5 december till 21 december. Kundtjänsten försäkrade mig hela tiden fram till 11/12 att det skulle ta 5-7 arbetsdagar och att återbetalningen var på gång samt ursäktade sig att Complaints hade mycket att göra och lag efter. Först 12/12 fick jag veta att mitt ärende var stoppat och återbetalningen gällde 2/3 av den godkända summan.13/12 skapade telefon kundtjänsten ett nytt ärende med begäran för återbetalningen, som skulle behandlas på nytt.På chatten fick höra ,beroende på vem jag pratade med , både att de har eskalerat fallet så att Complaints kontaktar mig snarast och de inte kan kontakta Complaints.På mejlet fick jag svar att de skall försöka komma i kontakt med Complaints. Är sen 4 december utan mitt telefonnummer i väntan på återbetalningen.Att vara utan mitt eget nummer påverkar mycket negativt mitt vardagliga liv.Trots att jag kontaktade Complaints 14 november , närmar sig nu jul och har varken sett någon återbetalning eller fått svar på mina frågor. Behöver veta senast 19 december för att meddela Comviq ,om jag skall behöva ändra ånyo flyttdatum. Lycamobile lyser som vanligt med sin frånvaro.Under den tiden, jag är den enda som drabbas. Att Lycamobile är urdålig på alla sätt och vis råder ingen tvekan om .Tror nästan att detta är avsiktligt, i syftet att äta upp mina pengar , eftersom det är ju svårt att kunna misslyckas såpas rejält och svika sina kunder så djupt som Lycamobile har gjort.
It’s a scam if you want to use as long time customer. Service is just a scam. This may good for them who want to use as temporary while on international travel with certain time limits.
KIRAN is really helpful and polite in addressing my concern. Issue: Remaining data didn't carry over Resolution: None yet, this was escalated to investigate the root cause and they will come back within 48 hours
On November 7th I purchased the Lyca smart L tarif eSIM (BunDleGo Online SIM) for 6 months with auto renewal, worth 429.96kr. for my daughter who is studying in Linkoping. After installing the qrcode she never had any calls or data. In her area the balance never appeared. The customer support line is in Swedish, she was unable to speak to an assistant in English (note that neigher my daughter nor I speak Swedish, we speak English). From experience on the 10th, I decided to buy a new eSIM smart L worth 49.50kr, 30 days. She installed the respective qrcode. Anything! Without being able to make calls, she has no data and I don't receive any help from Lycamobile. The personal balance is still 0kr. I sent an email to Swedish Lycamobile (complains) about this problem on november 13th asking them to resolve this or refund the amount paid. I have not received any response so far. At this point I just want my refund since I paid for a service that doesn't work. I want to file a complaint against Lycamobile Sweden for their lack of customer service, for charging for a service that doesn't work and for not providing any answers or solutions. Voltei a enviar um novo mail para o mail de queixas da lycamobile.se... sem resposta mais uma vez. Neste momento apenas quero a devolução dos valores que paguei, a rescisão de um serviço que não funciona e nem isso consigo obter. Vergonhoso!
My wife had done a big mistake! She recharged many times in one day due to software problem that she couldnt understand. Then I called customer service and a very nice swedish girl named *Sandra* listen my problem very patiently. And gave me a solution. I am very much happy for her service. i would give them 0 stars if i could. i bought a bundle pack and they didn’t send me the order confirmation email so i didn’t have the activation code. this meant that i didn’t have any data. i called them twice, emailed them back and forth about 5 times, and even showed up at the office once. this spanned over a month. i bought another pack today and once again, something went wrong! i got the order confirmation email this time but guess what! it didn’t have a QR code so once again, i couldn’t activate my data! I called them and they told me i had to wait 48h? Hello? just send me the QR code please? I HAVE NO DATA!!!!!! NO DATA! the customer service also sucks though i suppose that goes without saying since nothing is being resolved.
We bought an esim with a package and got the e-mail with the activation QR-code. We activated the esim but the package never activated and we never got data on the phone. We tried deleting the esim and start over - but then the QR-code did not work anymore. We called Lyca costumer service, but they were really rude and treated us badly. So in the end we just gave up. Will probably not try using Lyca ever again!

Purchased an esim with a bundle, but they did not send anything about the bundle. So I have an useless esim with nothing in it, although I did pay for the bundle! Called the cs, the lady said they will send an email including a pin for activating the bundle within two hours, but after two full days I have not received anything. Just let me activate my bundle.. Edit: Writing this review here got the problem sorted out pretty quickly since they don't like to have one-star reviews here, while the customer service from Lycamobile responded to my inquiry several days later with a generic unhelpful reply. If writing a one-star review is the only way to have access to a product you haev purchased, then it deserves a one-star review, in my honest opinion.
