HORRIBLE. SUPER HORRIBLE. THE WORST.
i would give them 0 stars if i could. i bought a bundle pack and they didn’t send me the order confirmation email so i didn’t have the activation code. this meant that i didn’t have any data. i called them twice, emailed them back and forth about 5 times, and even showed up at the office once. this spanned over a month. i bought another pack today and once again, something went wrong! i got the order confirmation email this time but guess what! it didn’t have a QR code so once again, i couldn’t activate my data! I called them and they told me i had to wait 48h? Hello? just send me the QR code please? I HAVE NO DATA!!!!!! NO DATA! the customer service also sucks though i suppose that goes without saying since nothing is being resolved.
