O tarifário é apenas para "agarrar"…

O tarifário é apenas para "agarrar" clientes, depois tudo é complicado... O chat vitual não resolve, o atendimento telefónico demora dezenas de minutos,... Os dados são péssimos! Onde os outros operadores têm 5G a Lyca Mobile tem 2G e GPRS... Por isso, não interessa ter 20GB...50GB... porque não consegues usar... enfim, só tenho pena ter colocado a crédito 60€ na conta (para reaver o dinheiro tens de fazer requerimento e esperar pelo menos 7 dias...), senão já tinha deixado a Lyca Mobile há vários meses... Só estou à espera de gastar o dinheiro da conta para passar o número para outro operador.

Thankk u so much!!

The Brazilian agent helped me a lot reconfiguring my internet, since the beginning of the call until the end he was super polite and very pacient and helpful, lycamobile has definitely the best internet plans.

Eduardo Goncalves // Best Customer service assistant

Hi, I was made a call to customer service centre today and found one customer service assistant named Mr. Eduardo Goncalves. He is the best Customer service assistant ever I found in my life. He was highly experienced and very helpful. He solve my problem which was very hard to understand by someone virtual over the phone. I wish him success in future for best position on his life and of course Lycamobie to serve best and cheaper service.

I put 15 euros to LycaMobile but never again had back the internet connection. Calling to their support, i was told that i have spend all the 15 euro at the same day, which is a lie. Terrible connection, terrible support.

Problema resolvido

A Lycamobile tem pacotes de chamadas nacionais e internacionais e dados a precos imbativeis e o servico de telecomunicacoes funciona muito bem. Tive um problema na compra de novos cartoes em lycamobile.pt. Por algum motivo a minha encomenda de 2 novos cartoes originou o envio de 4 cartoes. Recebi os cartoes em apenas 2 dias e nao consegui ativa-los. Comecei por contactar o live chat que nao me ajudou. Depois liguei varias vezes para a linha de apoio ao cliente e esperei entre 10 a 15 minutos para ser atendido; quando atenderam repetiram 3 vezes o seguinte e desligaram logo de seguida: -Lycamobile, em que posso ajudar? Devo dizer que nao havia nenhum problema com a ligacao e, mais tarde descobri numa pesquisa online que a pratica de alguns assistentes Lycamobile repetirem a mesma frase 3x e desligarem a chamada logo de seguida é conhecida. Liguei novamente e apos mais de 12 minutos em espera, nao consegui falar com nenhum assistente. Mais tarde voltei a ligar e fui atendido por alguem a quem expliquei o sucedido; Apos esperar em linha fui informado numa sexta feira que a pessoa responsavel nao se encontrava disponivel e que teria de aguardar pela proxima segunda feira e que iria ser contactado. O fim de semana passou e ninguem me ligou da Lycamobile. Tive de ser eu a ligar novamente e desta vez disseram-me que ia receber um email, uauuu! Apos varias chamadas e troca de emails que foram uma autentica perda de tempo e ja com vontade de desistir de tudo e pedir o reembolso total, falei numa ultima tentativa com Tatiana Fernandes que conseguiu desbloquear a situacao e resolver o problema, agradeco o seu profissionalismo. Conclusao: O servico de telecomunicacoes da Lycamobile é excelente mas o servico de apoio ao cliente tem demasiadas falhas e precisa de melhorar muito!
