Top up happen automatically . Though i already off the auto renew. This is robbery .
O tarifário é apenas para "agarrar" clientes, depois tudo é complicado... O chat vitual não resolve, o atendimento telefónico demora dezenas de minutos,... Os dados são péssimos! Onde os outros operadores têm 5G a Lyca Mobile tem 2G e GPRS... Por isso, não interessa ter 20GB...50GB... porque não consegues usar... enfim, só tenho pena ter colocado a crédito 60€ na conta (para reaver o dinheiro tens de fazer requerimento e esperar pelo menos 7 dias...), senão já tinha deixado a Lyca Mobile há vários meses... Só estou à espera de gastar o dinheiro da conta para passar o número para outro operador.

Very low quality internet very slow as well as can't open any government site in Portugal.

Update: I replied on the message below at the same day! And sent one more email to them. (Just for in case.) And - nothing! Today is 21/07/2025. Three days passed and they didn't get in touch with me! I bought Lycamobile Unlimited plan to use it for roaming in EU. And it doesn't work! At all! I'm trying to contact customer service for two days now, but I don't have any response. I can't call them because my card is not working. And only you can do is chat with AI or send an email.

I’ve noticed that two mobile plans have been active on my account at the same time: • Lyca National M – 20 GB (renewed and charged €15 today) • Lyca Boss – Unlimited (activated and charged on July 4th) These two plans have been running in parallel, which was not intended.

This really is Ridiculous! For the 6th month in a row I've been overcharged, too much money has been taken from my credit card, an amount I did not authorise. Every month I must contact Lyca Mobile and ask them to refund it, this is very frustrating, annoying and wasting my time. I've asked them to stop it happening but nothing changes.

Excellente application avec services immédiats mais le seul souci la facture vient sans mon adresse. Je vous suggère d'ajouter mon adresse à la facture électronique comme ça je puisse l'utiliser comme un document authentique et entant que justificatif
