Top up happen automatically . Though i already off the auto renew. This is robbery .
O tarifário é apenas para "agarrar" clientes, depois tudo é complicado... O chat vitual não resolve, o atendimento telefónico demora dezenas de minutos,... Os dados são péssimos! Onde os outros operadores têm 5G a Lyca Mobile tem 2G e GPRS... Por isso, não interessa ter 20GB...50GB... porque não consegues usar... enfim, só tenho pena ter colocado a crédito 60€ na conta (para reaver o dinheiro tens de fazer requerimento e esperar pelo menos 7 dias...), senão já tinha deixado a Lyca Mobile há vários meses... Só estou à espera de gastar o dinheiro da conta para passar o número para outro operador.

Boa tarde! Sou uma vossa nova cliente há um mês. Há pouco no 1632 fui atendida por Miguel Silva. E quero deixar aqui o meu elogio: O sr. Miguel Silva fez-me a alteração do tarifário para o Lyca Globe, respondeu a 1000 perguntas que lhe fiz e foi em todo o tempo simpático, cordial, paciente e resolveu todas as questões. Obrigada :)

Just like Natalia Campos hereunder I took a temporary Lycamobile sim once arrived in Portugal and topped up through their website only to discover a month later it had topped up automatically (without my prior consent). A call end of August 2019 left me with an unwanted bundle which was not going to be reimbursed but at least an sms and email confirming the automatic top-up had been deactivated. Since I had been traveling I had no access to my credit card statements till December, when I realised they had been charging me every month after that (since I was not using their sim anymore I was not notified of course). Meaning, I had paid 4 months of unwanted bundles, 3 of which had been automatically billed after I had had confirmation the automatic top-up had been disabled... Another call in the first week of December, led to contact with a - I have to admit - nice and gentle CS supervisor who recognised the mistake, including what happened in August. A quick resolution was promised, all documentation had been provided, the case was solid and they were not contesting it. But what followed after that was epic; dozens of mails and promises exchanged, endless discussions treating the same subject going back and forth and... a new charge at the end of December, after the above promises were made (!?!), €15 reimbursements happening sporadically in no logical oder (first charge back for Oct & December, then nothing for months, then Sept & Aug and finally Nov). Eventually, 6 months later (after the second complaint from Dec, otherwise we could even talk about 10 months!) the full amount has been reimbursed and to be fair; they have also reimbursed the month of August (despite the fact I used the bundle, since they refused to reimburse it the first time I complained, but after which I took out the sim and never used it again). Conclusion: 6 months of hard labour, time consuming emails, nerving discussions for a total €75 charge, for unauthorised and unwanted bundles. A ridiculous amount for a multinational asking their staff to loose hours with clients for something that's not worth the discussion in the first place. Never again!

Eu estou a escrever para declarar o excelente apoio ao cliente prestado pelo Sr. Eduardo Magalhães ( espero não estar enganado no nome). Eu cheguei ontem à Bélgica e apesar de ter um pacote internacional não estava a poder usufruir dos dados moveis e o Sr. Eduardo ligou-me,após contacto da minha irmã, e resolveu o problema com uma amabilidade , atenção e simpatia de louvar . Muito obrigado pelo apoio é siga assim sr. Eduardo , pessoas assim fazem a diferença para quem está com problemas sejam eles de que tipo sejam . Cumprimentos. Nuno Oliveira

Serviço maravilhoso! Embora eu realmente não gosto de conversar com computador, depois de "... marque em um ...", "... marque em dois ...", ... foi redireccionado para uma pessoa viva (uau !!!). Dentro de 20 minutos o problema foi resolvido (que me perturbou por vários meses). Obrigado "pessoa viva"! tlm. 920022*** André/Andriy
