Shopping with Luxe Collective has turned out to be the most frustrating and stressful shopping experience for me. You couldn’t have done worst. I regret placing my order and definitely won’t do it again. You have received my returned order #61408 (returned items RMA #2FJVTWMX) on 2025/05/07 and till today 2025/07/01 my refund has never been completed, although you claim to initiate the return process within 5 working days. No further information was provided to me till today, almost 2 months later, regarding the status of my refund. You won’t even answer my everyday emails. I won’t quit till the funds are issued back to my original payment method. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Elena Koutsouli

Did not return my item

Had a ring consigned with them until their business closed. They emailed to say they would send it back to me. Weeks have gone by and obviously there is nobody to contact so basically they’ve kept the ring and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Ive sent my bag in for consignment and since they closed down, my bag still havent yet returned to me. It has been a month and a half now and no bag!!!!

It was my first time using Luxe…

It was my first time using Luxe Collective after hearing about them on Dragons Den. This was a very simple and swift process. 💯 Everything was so smooth from valuation to payment for my item. Would definitely sell any future products through these guys again! 😁😉

i used to enjoy selling here however…

i used to enjoy selling here however i’ve recently sold an item on the consignment offer it sold 15th January and im still waiting for the money. I prefer the old way where they would receive the item then pay you for it not waiting for it to sell. They charge you different offers if you want the money straightway it’s not as much as the consignment offer which i find annoying as you feel ripped off. They have had my money for almost 3 weeks and delayed paying it all this time. Their business has changed lots from when they started i’m not sure this is in a positive way either

Rude and horrible staff

I wouldn’t even leave a 1 star review, unbelievably rude staff, I was watching the TikTok like and tried going on the website to make a purchase however the website wasn’t opening on so I commented on the TikTok live however the rude person on live muted my comment 😂 absolute idi**, yall are better off taking your business elsewhere rather than using this place who’s staff don’t even have the decency to address an issue, instead they go threatening you Then he had to nerve to say he’ll hunt me down😂😂 clown id love to see you try

A Converted Pre-Loved Purchaser!

This was my first time ordering from Luxe Collective as I discovered them through their TikTok livestream showcasing and answering any questions or queries in relation to their current stock. I was particularly interested in a pre-loved Louis Vuitton Alma PM bag and found reassurance in the positive engagement from returning customers in the livestream comments. The bag was accurately advertised with a clear condition rating and I was extremely impressed by the speed of deliver as I placed my order around 1pm and received the bag by 3pm the following day. The item arrived exactly as described, and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised that Luxe Collective accepts Klarna - making luxury items more accessible to those who prefer flexible payment options. This experience has completely converted me to purchasing pre-loved handbags and I will certainly be returning for future purchases. Thanks again

Deeply Disappointed by Unprofessional Authentication and Unjust Return Fee

I had a very frustrating experience with Luxe Collective. I sent an item to sell, and after a long delay, I was informed that my item could not be authenticated. To make matters worse, I was told I’d have to pay £40 just to get my item back, which I find completely unreasonable. What’s even more baffling is that the item was purchased directly from the boutique, yet it was rejected. This makes me seriously question the professionalism and credibility of their authentication team. The lack of clear communication, the unreasonable return fee, and the questionable authentication process left me extremely disappointed. I expected better service and transparency. I dont recommend using this platform, especially if you value your time, money, and genuine items.

Use different company!

I have been following luxe collective since they first started and felt it was a reputable company to sell my designer goods too! I was wrong. I honestly would have rather donated my item. My shoes was in a really good condition and this was shown in the images sent to luxe collective. The day of inspection i had received an email stating my item has been rejected due to tear on the inner heel, I went on to the dashboard to see “item quarantined” and an email to say I had to pay £20 to receive my item back. Immediately i wanted to speak to someone about my shoes, I was panicked as to how the tear was there, I emailed and messaged on Instagram waiting for customer service to reply, I have been waiting to resolve the situation. I have received an email this morning stating I have 7 days to pay for the return of the item or it will be disposed of! Now I have lost out on money, experienced a lot of stress and I feel let down to be honest. I have always tried support local brands but Luxe collective should be ashamed of themselves for misleading people.

Beautiful item, just as described

Beautiful bracelet and just as described. It is in perfect condition and no one would ever know it was a pre-loved item which made it much more affordable. It was described as condition A which means minimal wear with no visible signs, it was absolutely true. I had a few queries about the item which were answered very quickly and I even asked for some details to be double-checked. Elli was very patient and delivered the very best customer service. Do not hesitate to purchase from this website. This was quite a high value item and was delivered via DHL the very next day which can be tracked on a map so you can see how far away the driver is. I will definitely be recommending luxecollective to all my friends and family. 5*, I am very happy. 😁
