Shopping with Luxe Collective has turned out to be the most frustrating and stressful shopping experience for me. You couldn’t have done worst. I regret placing my order and definitely won’t do it again. You have received my returned order #61408 (returned items RMA #2FJVTWMX) on 2025/05/07 and till today 2025/07/01 my refund has never been completed, although you claim to initiate the return process within 5 working days. No further information was provided to me till today, almost 2 months later, regarding the status of my refund. You won’t even answer my everyday emails. I won’t quit till the funds are issued back to my original payment method. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Elena Koutsouli

Had a ring consigned with them until their business closed. They emailed to say they would send it back to me. Weeks have gone by and obviously there is nobody to contact so basically they’ve kept the ring and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Do NOT use

Do NOT use, what a con they are - be prepared to be wripped off. Take your item, ask for you to jump through hoops decide no proof of purchase warrants it to be fake and then charge you to get your item back. Great business model to con people out of their money and items Just to clarify on your reply at NO point did you say the item was counterfeit hence asking for proof of purchase - hence you should be NOT claiming £40 as stated in your terms. What an amazing company

What an amazing company . I have purchased a Chanel handbag, Valentino shoes and now an amazing pair of Louis Vuitton boots, in the original dust bags , almost perfect condition with the receipt in the box . Excellent Gucci wallet exactly as described

EDIT following update - Faulty product and refund not given!

EDIT: Customer service were very apologetic and I can definitely appreciate that mistakes happen. They can see the clear miscommunication on reflection. Apart from this incident I have mainly seen good reviews, so think I would purchase from them again. Hi! Received a product that turned out to be faulty. This was acknowledged and sincere apologies given, and a free returns label provided for a full refund, as well as reassurance that they would look into their professional photography setup. Returns label received and item sent back, and now they are refusing the return and sending it back to me, and also said that I am welcome to sell the bag back to them!! I’ve emailed all the proof of the discussions via email and tried reaching out via instagram and no reply. Such a shame as everyone had been lovely up until this point!!! Awful, really ruined the experience!!!

Pleased. Easy

Was selling a pair of Fendi earrings, luckily I decided to wait and see if they would sell, which they did. I had to wait the obligatory 18 days after purchase to receive my funds. All was handled in a professional manner.
