Shopping with Luxe Collective has turned out to be the most frustrating and stressful shopping experience for me. You couldn’t have done worst. I regret placing my order and definitely won’t do it again. You have received my returned order #61408 (returned items RMA #2FJVTWMX) on 2025/05/07 and till today 2025/07/01 my refund has never been completed, although you claim to initiate the return process within 5 working days. No further information was provided to me till today, almost 2 months later, regarding the status of my refund. You won’t even answer my everyday emails. I won’t quit till the funds are issued back to my original payment method. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Elena Koutsouli

Did not return my item

Had a ring consigned with them until their business closed. They emailed to say they would send it back to me. Weeks have gone by and obviously there is nobody to contact so basically they’ve kept the ring and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Ive sent my bag in for consignment and since they closed down, my bag still havent yet returned to me. It has been a month and a half now and no bag!!!!

Very good service

Luxe collective was very responsive & quick to respond to any questions I had. One thing to improve on, high value items should be final sale and not have the full 14 days return policy. Other pre loved platforms are only final sale. Something to consider, but overall very happy with your service.

Easy & Quick

The selling process is so easy! Quickly took some photos and uploaded them, within a couple of hours the team emailed me a quote! Accept, QR code shortly arrived and took the post office! Super easy. I would highly recommend if you are looking to sell any items.

Extremely impressed

I have recently sold a number of items to this company. Their service is superb (not often you can say that these days). From initially sending photos, them coming back with a price, me sending the item….the money was in my account within 3 days!

My favourite shop to order pre loved designer items!

I’ve ordered about 6 bags from Luxe Collective now and I couldn’t recommend them more. Delivery is so fast but also returns are so simple and easy. Brilliant company and amazing customer service!
