Shopping with Luxe Collective has turned out to be the most frustrating and stressful shopping experience for me. You couldn’t have done worst. I regret placing my order and definitely won’t do it again. You have received my returned order #61408 (returned items RMA #2FJVTWMX) on 2025/05/07 and till today 2025/07/01 my refund has never been completed, although you claim to initiate the return process within 5 working days. No further information was provided to me till today, almost 2 months later, regarding the status of my refund. You won’t even answer my everyday emails. I won’t quit till the funds are issued back to my original payment method. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Elena Koutsouli

Had a ring consigned with them until their business closed. They emailed to say they would send it back to me. Weeks have gone by and obviously there is nobody to contact so basically they’ve kept the ring and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Ive sent my bag in for consignment and since they closed down, my bag still havent yet returned to me. It has been a month and a half now and no bag!!!!

Wouldn’t recommend for selling pre-loved items

I attempted to sell my designer bag via this service. You are asked for photos of your bag from every angle, I took these and clearly highlighted the defects on the bag via the photos as requested. Luxe made me an offer and I promptly sent over my bag. I then received an email stating my bag had been rejected due to some scratches (that I had clearly indicated in the photos I first sent over). I then had to pay a £20 fee for the bag to be returned back to me. I wouldn’t have sent the bag if I thought it would be rejected and I’d have to pay the return fee. I had clearly disclosed the defects via the photos I submitted, so the rejection was unexpected. Despite being unhappy with the outcome, I have given an additional star as the process is straightforward enough and communication was OK.

Dear Ben if you see this review please reply. Firstly I can’t fault getting a response back , but the question is never answered and then I’m asked to review the service WHAT SERVICE.Bag to sell and sent photos many you will get a quote nothing. Several emails later still nothing, sent more info still nothing, it asked for my bank details via a PayPal account . I explained do not have one ( nothing back) just more feedback requests. So a waste of my time, in fact it would take 2 mins to call me to clear things up. This company came highly recommended so I’m at a loss to why no help

Bought a Louis Vuitton bag from them in…

Bought a Louis Vuitton bag from them in December and kept it boxed for a few weeks to give as a present to my wife . Upon opening the parcel was an awful smell like it has been stored somewhere really musky. I got in touch with the company and was told I was just over the return date and they couldn’t accept the bag back . Even though in my eyes it was faulty because it can’t be used . We have since had the bag professionally cleaned and still unable to rid it from the smell I’m sure they would have been aware of this before we purchased it . They don’t seem to care for their customers. now we are left with an expensive smell that we are unable to sell on . I will not be using your services again and will deter anyone else that I know

I always use Luxe collective to sell and purchase used luxury items. They are fab - customer service is 10/10, they are friendly and reliable and i can always trust them to give me a good price and great deals on items. I will always be a loyal customer to them!

This is my first time purchasing with Luxe Collective, I purchased the Louis Vuitton Keepall 60 Monogram Dufflebag and I’m really happy with it! The condition of it looks brand new! 😊 I also sold a MCM Dufflebag to them & a MCM backpack. I’d also like to say their customer service are spot on and really helpful! Thank you Luxe Collective 🤝

After several emails saying they were looking for items I sent really good items over, spent time sorting it all and registering etc to be told no offer I was going to put this towards a Chanel bag on the site but will have to go elsewhere now!
