Shopping with Luxe Collective has turned out to be the most frustrating and stressful shopping experience for me. You couldn’t have done worst. I regret placing my order and definitely won’t do it again. You have received my returned order #61408 (returned items RMA #2FJVTWMX) on 2025/05/07 and till today 2025/07/01 my refund has never been completed, although you claim to initiate the return process within 5 working days. No further information was provided to me till today, almost 2 months later, regarding the status of my refund. You won’t even answer my everyday emails. I won’t quit till the funds are issued back to my original payment method. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Elena Koutsouli

Did not return my item

Had a ring consigned with them until their business closed. They emailed to say they would send it back to me. Weeks have gone by and obviously there is nobody to contact so basically they’ve kept the ring and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Ive sent my bag in for consignment and since they closed down, my bag still havent yet returned to me. It has been a month and a half now and no bag!!!!

Do not sell with these guys!!! I have purchased items from them before with no issues. But this is the first time I decided to sell. I sent my item off with no issues. The commission was high but I thought it would be a quick sale hence why I agreed to sell. I had seen them do sales ok tiktok lives etc and they usually sold stock fairly quickly. It has been over two months and they still haven’t sold my item. In the image the bag looks two toned which is isn’t in real life. I have emailed them several times (don’t bother they don’t reply). Then today I got an email that due to the company restructure they are returning my bag. What a total waste of time!! They have gone downhill since dragons den and they hardly post on Instagram anymore. I think the company is in serious trouble. There are so many resellers out there now I would absolutely avoid these guys

###BEWARE###

###BEWARE### Terrible customer service - I have sold a number of items through this company before and not had an issue. Unfortunately on this occasion that is far from the case. I recently advertised a bag and before it sold I went into my online account and amended my bank details as I had switched banks . Unbeknown to me and without my authority lux collective decided to send my payment to a PayPal account linked through my email address. They did this without checking with me first and even though they have sent all previous payments to my bank without issue. They now claim that I added PayPal instructions to May account which I definitely would never have done as to my knowledge I did not have a PayPal account. I now have no access to the money as the PayPal account is a dormant account which has not been used in over 15 years and I am unable to provide the details they require to validate the account. Lux collective has basically said sorry the payment has left there is nothing we can do although PayPal have told me that Lux collective could apply to reverse the payment . Lux collective are refusing to help and accept the mistake they have made . Instead I am getting generic or unhelpful emails more concerned with apportioning blame on me ! I have now been arguing for three days with them to get the £390 which is only a quarter of what they sold my bag for as they have kept the rest in commissions! I never requested any payments be sent to a PayPal account as I wasn’t even aware I had one . The PayPal account linked to my email is a dormant account which has not been used in over 15 years . I did not and would not under any circumstances have requested you to send the funds to an account I have no access to you have done this in error and instead of admitting the mistake and trying to rectify it you are happy for me to have lost my money which I am not prepared to do . It is now my intention to instigate court proceedings STOP writing ‘we are here to help ‘ when you have no contact number and don’t reply to emails .. it’s all just fake !!

There are others that now do it better

I've sold a few items via this company and purchased several items. Unfortunately since their appearance on Dragons Den their customer loyalty and service has disappeared. I don't appreciate being asked not to purchase anything else for 60 days because I returned something that was not as described.

Poor comms and a long time to sell

Whilst the item was sold it took 13 months. I contacted the company on a few occasions and didn’t receive a reply. Eventually, I contacted them via social media to ask for an update. I was asked if I wanted the price to be lowered and I agreed. It wasn’t lowered and so I contacted them again to request this. I used their dashboard in the seller’s section to request a return several months ago though this wasn’t responded to. I’m happy the item has been sold and the payment was made in a timely manner.
