Shopping with Luxe Collective has turned out to be the most frustrating and stressful shopping experience for me. You couldn’t have done worst. I regret placing my order and definitely won’t do it again. You have received my returned order #61408 (returned items RMA #2FJVTWMX) on 2025/05/07 and till today 2025/07/01 my refund has never been completed, although you claim to initiate the return process within 5 working days. No further information was provided to me till today, almost 2 months later, regarding the status of my refund. You won’t even answer my everyday emails. I won’t quit till the funds are issued back to my original payment method. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Elena Koutsouli

Had a ring consigned with them until their business closed. They emailed to say they would send it back to me. Weeks have gone by and obviously there is nobody to contact so basically they’ve kept the ring and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Sent shoes that I did not open for returns, it arrived on the 28th April and still no word of a refund. Something must be going on as it seems a lot of other people are also having the same issue.

Purchased a bag that its condition said…

Purchased a bag that its condition said that it was very good , but when i received it , it was very bad condition and i had to return it . I paid £24 for the return , and this was a waste of time and money because they described the condition non fairly. Very disappointed.

Great team, great service

I recently sold a bag to Luxe. Within a day of it arriving at their warehouse they had checked the bag and processed the payment. I had some queries and they came back to me really quickly and Shelley was very helpful. Overall super quick, efficient and lovely to deal with, highly recommend!

Waste of my time

I wanted to sell some bags and went through the lengthy process of adding pictures and filling out all the information required, only to receive an email saying they do not currently buy stock! Maybe let people know that BEFORE having them fill out all the info!
