Please Avoid this Company!
Absolutely shocking service from a very expensive brand. Firstly - If you use a gift card, you will be unable to use any other discount voucher such as Blue Light Discount etc so don’t be tempted to give anyone a gift card - it will potentially make their shopping more expensive. After several failed attempts to use a discount code combined with a gift card at the beginning of March, I finally accepted I couldn’t have my discount and reluctantly made an order, which then failed to arrive. UPS tracking indicated the order was incorrectly addressed. On contacting Lululemon, they said I’d just have to wait and see if it got returned to them…but told me that they couldn’t tell me if it was actually returned to them or not! According to them, it was my responsibility to keep checking to see where it had got to! A week or so later I found it had indeed been returned to Lululemon. I called them and they confirmed this….however, they told me they wouldn’t re send it to me! Apparently I now have to wait until they get around to refunding me. I imagine this will also be complicated by the fact that it was paid for by both gift card and credit card. I am seriously concerned that I may never get the goods - or a refund. So far this order has taken over two weeks and in effect is not even started as I have to await a refund then start all over again! The company are a real worry and I would like a full refund (including the gift card) - I can attempt to go through my credit card provider if Lululemon do not repay me but the gift card of £118 may be more of a challenge to retrieve. If I could, I would like a full refund and be able to shop elsewhere. Please avoid this company. I wish I’d read the Trustpilot reviews before shopping here.
