Terrible shopping experience
Terrible shopping experience, I do not recommend them, they did not take responsibility for my purchase and I lost money, no one showed their face.

Bought some joggers 4 months ago and after a mere 10 washes, they are already showing pilling and discolouration. Spoke to Lululemon and their response was: nothing to do with us. Well Lululemon you have just lost another customer.
No Customer Service of any kind that warrants any good review. Purchased from their Store at Bicester Village and they refused a refund on an item and would only provide a Gift Card. When i mentioned my Statutory Rights, the Store Manager marched off like a little child saying she would not speak to me anymore as i was being aggressive. I had not even raised my voice or said anything that would warrant such a response.
If I could give zero stars I would have... 😠 I recently ordered a pair of scuba wide legged pants from Lululemon. On initial inspection they appeared fine and several days later I removed labels and wore them for not even 3 hours and then discovered there was a fault down the back of the right leg of the pants. I contacted Lululemon who provided an online form to complete. Their response today was ... "Based on the photos provided, your Scuba Mid-Rise Wide-Leg Pant *Short is showing signs of damage from fabric tear which is not a result of a quality issue or defect with the item. Our gear is designed to support you through your favourite adventures, but accidents can happen and our technical fabrics aren't indestructible, and we won't be initiating a return." In other words I am being accused of causing the fault! It is totally unacceptable to accuse your customers who spend their hard earned cash on your goods believing they will receive quality for the price, only to be let down. You also can't leave a review for their clothes unless "invited" it would seem and calling customer services is waste of time as they can't actually sort the issue out on phone. And why are they called "educators" ? Sadly it appears I'm not on my own experiencing such poor customer service when things go wrong. I've bought a lot from Lululemon with no issues and this one time an issue has arisen they have been awful. Won't be ordering from Lululemon again especially after the veiled accusation that I caused the fault!
I was recently a the Lululemon store in Canary Wharf. Georgia served me and was incredibly kind and helpful! She was patient and knowledgeable on the services and products. I cannot thank her enough!
Received an item which had an imperfection on the back. Messaged the live chat function and the advisor asked me to send in a photo. There was no issue in resolving this matter. The assistant arranged an exchange and provided a gift card as an apology. Amazing service and wouldn't hesitate in ordering again.
I’ve been a loyal Lululemon customer for over five years, having invested more than $5,000 in their products. I first discovered the brand in Miami and fell in love with their shorts and the quality they promised over time. I was always willing to pay $80 for a pair of shorts because they would last me at least two years, unlike other cheaper brands ($40-$50) that wear out in 5-6 months. However, my recent experience with the brand has been extremely disappointing. About 20 days ago, I bought a pair of shorts to use at the gym and for yoga. To my surprise, the shorts tore quickly, showing a quality far inferior to what Lululemon used to offer. I noticed loose threads and a hole that formed in the fabric—something I had never experienced with this brand before. This isn’t an isolated issue: the same has happened with t-shirts and even a black jacket that cost over $150, which completely lost its black color, leaving it faded and worn out. What bothers me the most is Lululemon’s lack of accountability for their products. I tried to return the defective shorts at a store , but I encountered a very complicated process. Despite having an account with them and all my receipts stored online, they demanded a physical receipt, which I find absurd. As a customer who has spent thousands of dollars on their products, I expected much better treatment and a quick resolution for a product that is clearly defective. My trust in Lululemon’s quality has completely eroded. Furthermore, I recently read reports claiming that some of their products are made in China for as little as $8 and then sold for $110 or more, which makes me question their value even more. The customer service in their stores is terrible, and the quality, which used to be their biggest selling point, is no longer reliable. Lululemon used to be my favorite brand, but now I’m actively looking for a replacement. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone who values quality and good customer service.
I mostly wear Lululemon on a daily basis and love their products. However, lately I have had issues with their online delivery and returns process. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a return that they received on the 24th March and have been advised to wait up to another 3 weeks. They can take money instantly so I don't understand why it takes so long to return it. Really disappointed and won't be using their online shop in the future.
Poor quality. Rucksack zip broke after 18 months. Outside the year’s guarantee so they wouldn’t do anything. Personally I think a bag should last more than a year. Not great for the environment either.
Received a pair of leggings with a stain, didn’t want to return them as I had a bra in a matching colour and my size in the leggings was sold out. Customer service let me keep them, gave me a full refund and also a £30 gift card. It’s very rare you receive such good customer service these days so I’m very impressed. Lulu you now have another loyal customer :)
Got some great yoga pants. Arrived very quickly. They are very comfortable and not a bad price at all.
I wanted to give no stars as I have been so disappointed with the quality of a pair of leggings recently purchased and the dismissive customer service response to my report of the quality issue. They just closed it down, denying there was an issue. Meanwhile I am left with a new pair of leggings which I can’t wear as the seam on the left thigh is unraveling and they look terrible. This is disgusting. Was a loyal shopper but no longer.
Like others have said, I bought online expecting premium quality from my premium priced yoga leggings but the stitching unraveled after just 3 wears. Followed the online link to their ‘guest educators’ to start a return. Order number, pics, original invoice all provided over a month ago. After multiple emails repeating the problem to various !educators’ it seems there was a tech fault and my email with the clearly stated UK order number went through to their US team. So I was told to start the process from scratch. I just contacted the uk customer service number to explain the problem and the rep was extremely hostile, advised I would just have to start from scratch, couldn’t just forward the original email, that there was no escalation process to management, and no complaints procedure! Still no timeline on my requested refund of £109 - and no doubt, the very worst online shopping / customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ll be sharing this experience with everyone in my yoga studio and switching to a safer brand in future. Please spread the word yogis.
I’ve been a loyal Lululemon customer for years, but after my recent experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere for activewear. I purchased a pair of Lululemon leggings expecting premium quality, but was disappointed when the stitching began to unravel, causing a hole. Given the price, I had hoped for better durability. When I looked into options, I found that Lululemon offers a “complimentary” repair service—though only if you take the item into a store. I dropped my leggings off at their Westfield White City store on 20th February, and was told the repair would take two weeks. When I returned after the two weeks, I was told the leggings had not been repaired yet but should be back the next day, and I would receive a call. Fast forward to today (11th March)—I had still not heard anything, so I went back into the store. After handing over my ticket, they told me the leggings had been repaired and gave them to me in a bag. Since I was in a rush, I left without checking. However, when I got home, I was shocked to find that no repair had even been attempted—the hole was still there, and the seam had not been restitched at all. This is completely unacceptable—not only is the repair service unreliable, but I’ve wasted my time making multiple trips back and forth to the store for nothing. If they aren’t actually going to repair items, they shouldn’t offer the service at all. Lululemon’s quality and customer service seem to be declining, while brands like Alo Yoga and Varley are offering much better products and service. Disappointed and won’t be shopping here again.
Terrible customer service and they just don’t care. My order was sent to me in good time and only after I had decided I was keeping the regular length did I remove the tags. When packing the same day I notice a red mark and white mark on the leggings as well as a line across the base on one leg. I spoke to customer service who offered me a voucher and I said that wasn’t good enough I needed a pair to take away. They said they did not do exchanges and would see if I could return them. They have responded today and said they cannot accept them back stating: We've taken a look at your item, and based on the photos and information provided, your product isn't showing signs of any product issue and is based on personal preference. Due to this, your request doesn’t meet the criteria for a quality return. This wasn’t my issue it was theirs. I am now stuck with marked goods. Awful company who don’t care about their customers. I will be taking this further.
Purchased a £150 voucher and was sent an order confirmation. Then the day before I was going to give the voucher to my mum they cancelled it! Taken my money straight away and haven’t even returned the money! I emailed Lululemon and they gave me a number for the “3rd party voucher” company which isn’t even recognized 🙄
I recently purchased a pair of pants from a Lululemon store, only to discover that the security tag had not been removed. This was already frustrating, as I had to go out of my way to fix an issue caused by their negligence. However, the real disappointment came when I contacted customer service. Instead of promptly resolving the issue, the agent repeatedly questioned the legitimacy of my purchase, even after I provided multiple photos of my receipt and the tagged item. At one point, they outright claimed that my receipt wasn’t from Lululemon, which was both insulting and completely incorrect. After making me jump through unnecessary hoops, they finally admitted their mistake, but not before wasting a significant amount of my time and making me feel disrespected. Mistakes happen, but the way a company handles them matters. Lululemon’s approach was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than offering any meaningful resolution or compensation for the inconvenience, they simply dragged out the process and showed a complete lack of customer care. For a premium brand, this level of service is unacceptable. I expected better from Lululemon, and after this experience, I will seriously reconsider shopping with them again. If you value good customer service, be prepared for disappointment. ————————————————————--———— Lululemon responded by asking me to provide my order details below. I submitted the information immediately, but I have not received any apology or further feedback since a month ago.
ordered over £150 of clothing. one item missing from parcel, had to contact customer service. it was shipped by UPS who decided not to bother to deliver it to my house or even leave me a note to tell me they have left it at a UPS centre for me to collect. Centre is miles away from my house. CS response was to either collect or wait forever for it to be returned and I would only then get a refund.
Great first order - UK03292441
I purchased a Lululemon sweatshirt expecting great quality, but after washing it properly, strange discoloration started appearing. A second wash made it even worse. Customer service refused a refund, claiming it wasn’t a defect. Really disappointing for such an expensive item!

The customer service experience is particularly troubling, with numerous accounts of unresponsive support and unresolved issues regarding lost or delayed orders. While some customers appreciate the fast shipping and quality of certain products, these positives are overshadowed by the overwhelming negative feedback regarding service and product reliability.
